I bought this for a BDAY present for my grandson who just turned 13. It arrived quiclyk and it was packaged well with no damage. My grandson was excited to receive it but since it was a gift I don't know how it works or runs.

excellent quality of components. instruction Cd not useful, I no longer have a CD player. Online video hard to follow, not able to fully follow the exact placement of wire connections. online website signing difficult.

Bought this as a christmas gift for my son. This is a cool goft if your child is into coding. It can do different things he showed me the forklift so far. product does exactly as it says.

Products were delivered in a timely manner the only product i didnt like were Emido building blocks .... pictures on line miss leading .... they looked bigger and the parts are tiny very tiny!

Well it seemed simple enough, but the instructions are all online, and they are horrible. Please include written instructions in your new models. It is extraordinarily hard to follow the online instructions especially when a hand blocks the camera for half the time.

I got this for my son for Christmas and he loved it. It has kept him busy for a while. I had a couple technical issues and reached out to company and they provided great customer service and resolved issues.

It was a birthday present for our son and he was very excited about it. The disappointment came when after an hour and a half of assembling we figured out that the wires coming out from the battery holder were connected by the manufacturer in an wrong way. We figured out the problem only after the 9V battery had been connected and started warming rapidly. Took the battery out and discovered the in the video manual the wires were connected to the battery holder in the opposite way. The chip did not survive this manufacturing defect. We are waiting to get a replacement. Important to mention, that during the discussion with the customer service of the company we were advised to use the special 18650 batteries and not the regular 9V for the following reason "18650 battery actually is much powerful and good for Lesson 4,5,6,7,8. If you use the 9V battery, it will die very quickly in those lessons and therefore very expensive in future". None of these is mentioned in the product description. There are no 18650 rechargeable butteries in our region and if we knew that 9V batteries are not optimal for the kit we would choose another robot kit. We are very disappointed at this stage.
