Mexican Tortilla Food Ingredients Set- Include Corn Tortilla (Pack 2), El Yucateco Achiote Paste and Tapatio Salsa Picante Hot Sauce

My wife is Mexican and I like Mexican food. It’s very hard to find good (traditional) Mexican food in the UK to eat at home and make your own meals. And this was actually quite good!

the paste was perfect used as stock (melted in some boiling water) in slow cooked beef short rib tacos (smells incredible) and the tacos were great, soft and didn't fall apart and tasted like the traditional corn tacos in Mexico (cook on high heat very briefly then place on a board with a tea towel over to steam). Hot sauce - delicious. Only mark down is quite expensive but it's the only place I've found the right products so happy to pay.

The paste was not included! Very disappointed.

Package arrives in good condition and it contains the products it says. BUT as a Mexican person, the tortillas are not great quality, you can tell they have a lot of preservatives and make out of flour not real corn. Taste is bland, but I guess all of this is expected since they are probably send from a warehouse. Tapatio sauce is good as always, spicy and with good flavour (anybody who has try it before will identify the typical flavour). I haven't try the achiote yet, all I can say is that it smells nice.

Hot sauce and the Achite paste are awesome! Tortilla on the other hand is below average...

The item came incomplete, there was no anchiote, which was the critical ingredient

I’m Mexican and these tortillas were the worst ones I have ever eaten. Not good flavor, I tried to fold them to make tacos and they were completely broken. My husband tried to surprise me buying them and he just wasted his money and food, that’s so sad :(
