This Run Goo withstood a whole family at Disney World for a week, with only one half rest day. No blisters for any of us, from age 6 to 67. The youngest did not like the feeling in between his toes but it does the trick. I purchased the 3 oz size and it was enough for 4 adults and 2 kids for 7 days with a little left over. I love this stuff and will be using it for any days with a lot of walking.I tried a stick of Body Glide that someone else had brought on one of the day, it does not even come close to the RunGoo. I deducted a star because it takes 2 hand washing to get it all off your hands, which is a little annoying. But I guess that is why it works so well.

This stuff is bombproof for most folks. My wife and I are triathletes and we use it x3+ -- wet suit collars, bike shorts, shoes, hotspots. We've moved through a bunch of products. This is really superior.

After having great success with  HikeGoo , I was eager to try the version that is specifically designed for runners. Needless to say, I was just as impressed with the RunGoo as I was with the original HikeGoo product. It feels great on your feet and is perfect for when you've had enough of the discomfort associated with less-than-perfectly fitting shoes. Big thumbs-up to this stuff, will buy again!

I have trained this past entire winter for a marathon and have tried everything to prevent and protect blisters. I found some thing that got me to 10 miles but was still desperate to find something better. I know the rule, never try anything new but I had to. I tried RunGoo during my taper 2 weeks before the race. I used for my 6 miler and knew I hit the jackpot. Normally with the adhesives that protect, I feel the tape and eventually it shifts and rubs. I usually feel the rub spots right away. What a feeling to be able to run without any adhesive tapes. I felt faster, healthier, and truly enjoyed the run. I have to say that during the taper weeks, I allowed my feet to heal so I applied the RunGoo to healthy skin. I had no rubs whatsoever. I'm training with my husband who is a personal trainer and he listened to me rave about this goo during all our runs. He was so convinced he tried it and loved it. Now he recommends it to his clients doing the IronMan, marathons, and any running.I will take a chance and run the full marathon with it. I am most confident it will work. This stuff is AMAZING! Not sure how it holds up in rain but let's hope for no rain marathon day!

It does what it says, stopped my foot from getting blisters, or at least minimized it. However, it eventually soaked through my socks and into the fabric of the shoe, causing a dark spot in the shoes. I'm guessing the excess moisture in the shoe fabric is holding to the dirt. Since I'm running outdoors, the shoes are bound to get dirty anyway, so I don't care too much, but some might think it'll look weird with a dark spot.
