I have a recipe that calls for this pasta. Hard to find but Amazon always comes thru. This has a unique texture that gives my dish the flavor it needs. Great value. Cooks like most pastas.

Makes for a delicious dish with sauce, sausage and spinach.

I’m not sure why, but whenever my spouse orders this pasta we get the little round shells and whenever I reorder this pasta we get the little twisted tubes even though I’m basing my order off the first, which is the little round pastas. In the end, the shape doesn’t really matter - the pasta still cooks up nicely and tastes great as homemade mac and cheese!

A truly remarkable treat. This brings back childhood memories of living in the Pulglia region of Italy. We were in a small town called Toritto outside of Bari. Such good memories. Never breaks during shipping, great value, easy to cook, a thick pasta is very filling, love the shape

This was a fortuitous find in a discount store. This product is made from Semolina from the Puglia territory of Italy. The wheat is milled correctly and the product is made to retain a bite that is critical in pasta. They estimate the cooking time to assure it is al dente. I check a couple times and rinse in cold water to stop it from cooking. The best pasta on the market.

Very chewy. If cooked to the time they get mushy with sauce. Cook a little under Dante and add the sauce
