I sleep on my front with head to the side. would it be suitable/comfortable to flip this device so roll lies against the chest for side-sleeping?

The Sleep Noodle was designed for the purposes of preventing sleeping on your back. However, if fitted correctly on the chest, the Sleep Noodle would likely prevent sleeping on one’s front as it would likely stop the ability to roll over into that position.

wondering at 5'2 and someone who rolls a lot if this would work for me?

I'm 5'6 and I roll a lot too. I've been using the Sleep Noodle for a little over a week -- but it is helping me be aware of rolling onto my back. My doctor said to wear it every day for two weeks, then try every other day for the next two weeks while I'm learning to stay off of my back. I make sure the noodle is snug (but not binding). At first it woke me up every time I tried to roll onto my back (which is the idea). Now I'm finding I'm starting to roll from side to stomach to side without waking up -- so the Sleep Noodle is keeping me off of my back.

Why is the small size Sleep Noodle not returnable when the other 2 sizes are?
