Hi Pam! No added sugar, as it says in ads. But, I don't have can in front of me as I just ran out. Don't know sugar content. But this stuff is great. I feel it when I am out of it, and my 87 yr old Mom does too. As far as someone with sugar intake concerns, I can't answer that. I looked for sugar content on Google, but with no luck. I'm sorry not to be able to answer your question.

What exactly is 'Frosty Chocolate " flavor - chocolate + mint, perhaps?

Frosty Chocolate is a lite chocolate not a heavy flavor of chocolate. It is good tasting for what it is.
