What is the actual measurement of the beaker in inches (height x diameter of the mouth)?

It's just over 3.5 inches high and the inside diameter is roughly 2.5 inches (not the flared mouth, but the inside of the beaker itself).

is this item oven safe?

Yes. I use this in a pharmacy lab where it gets heated in an oven to 250 C. (482 f)
