If I added this to hot coffee along with cream would you be able to taste it?

Thank you for your inquiry. The ProSource neutral product mixes well into a variety of hot or cold beverages and foods. While the product does not contain a specific flavor profile, it is not flavorless or unflavored. The product has a similar flavor to that of a caramel or malt type product. While it will be detected in the product, the flavor overall is well accepted and pleasing. Please let us know what additional questions you may have. Medtrition Customer Service

Would this be good for an elderly cancer patient

Its give you alot of nutrients in small amounts. It doesnt taste good and its on the thick side. I mixed it in a smoothie for my husband. He had throat cancer and didn't eat that much, so this was good for him to get his protein without eating alot.
