What kind of glue is recommended?

I would use Tamiya / Ammo by Mig thin... cement. This model will have some challenges and thick slow drying model glue wont work great with this kit. This is of coarse my opinion ... good luck

Tamiya or Vallejo paint brands but not sure of the exact colors

Is the engine detailed to wear you can see the turnos

The turbos are separate pieces however they are not extremely detailed. Step 21 in the instructions shows the turbos being applied.

The effort it takes to assemble everything level one being the easiest level five being the hardest
