A big help!
I ordered those lifts on the advice of my physical therapist, because one f my legs is actually shorter than the other. They were easy to insert in my shoe on to o my arch support. They feel soft and comfortable and do a great job of evening out my legs, allowing me to stand straight and aligned properly. They are helping me so much! I happily recommend them .

Most comfortable heel insert I have ever used
These are the best heel lift inserts that I have ever used. I have one leg 3/4 inch shorter than the other and the Dr Foot inserts are the most comfortable and the best ability to stick together for perfect height and placement in the shoe. The color is neutral and resists foot odor. They also give my foot great support. Really great product. Will buy again

Easy fix to make new dress shoes comfortable!
I ordered these to slightly lift my heel in a pair of shoes. My ankle bones sit lower than those of most people. The shoes are a fairly robust leather, and my ankles were painfully digging into the sides of the shoes. These lifted my heel/ankle just enough to make them comfortable without adding any additional volume to the rest of the shoe. Love it!

This product could help prevent a fall from being off balance!
I ordered Dr Foot heel lifts last year after I had a hip replacement and PT found my leg was longer than the non surgical side. At that time I needed a 1/2 inch adjustment and I put them in my shoes. They worked out so well, were comfortable to wear and easy to insert and I now longer felt lopsided and off balance. Now this year I had a knee replacement on the same side and it added 1/4 inch in length so I bought more Dr Foot and it was an easy fix. Iโm so glad I found this product, it is durable and the adhesive doesnโt move. I donโt have the off balance feeling that could cause me to fall. Thank you for making this product, you made my life much easier!

Do what they're supposed to, but not easily transferred to different shoes, showing signs of wear
OK, maybe I'm just cheap, but I bought these with the intention of using them in whatever pair of shoes I am wearing that day, switching them as needed. So these arrive, three different lifts that you can stick together to create level you prefer (use one, two or three - or technically, if you don't want them in both shoes, you could get one lift as high as 6 levels together). First glitch was that it was tricky to line them up exactly when sticking them together, and once they are together, good luck prying them apart to reposition. Each layer has the sticky part covered with a slick, clear plastic. In theory, that shouldn't be a problem, but it also means that when all 3 layers are stuck together, the bottom still has that plastic, unless you are willing to uncover the sticky. So I put them in my shoes, and as the day went on, I soon discovered that the plastic cover makes them slick, and they slide around in my shoes. I dealt with it for a few days, and then realized that the plastic cover was starting to come off anyway, so I decided to just remove it and stick them in the shoes, hoping that they would transfer to other pairs without too much trouble. This is working for now, and the inserts stay in place while wearing them, but peeling them up and putting them in a different pair of shoes is not all that easy. I also noticed that they are definitely showing signs of wear and permanent indentations after only a couple weeks of use, which means that they are no longer lifting as much as they should. I suspect they won't last much longer and I'll need new lifts. I will definitely choose a different brand for my next ones and watch for a something that will transfer to different pairs better.

They do the job well, and i've ordered them at least a dozen times now
I have one leg shorter than the other. I did not find this out until pretty late in life so some damage was already done. My doctor recommended inserts for my right shoe since it was the sorter leg. He gave me some, and they were really hard. They worked ok under an insole but they didn't fit the bill for a lot of my shoes, especially sandals. I tried 5-7 different brand of inserts on Amazon and retail places. Almost all of them required some sort of modification to fit in my shoe correctly and I had to use some additional adhesive to get them to work, there are sized great. The Dr Foot lifts are by far the best ones I have used. My foot and back pain are all but gone. Walking ease or standing for a long period is no longer absolutely miserable for me. The support provided is great, even though it's not as firm as the Doctor provided ones. They are durable enough to be used in my sandals and slides. I did have to use some double sided tape for those since there is nothing to hold them in place like you would have in a shoe , and water does release the adhesive that comes with them (wash a reuse principle). Overall they are just what I needed to stop the pain.

Very Comfortable
I am an older senior citizen. I have archillies tendernitis. It is especially bad in the morning. I bought one set for my orange slip on shoes . It really helped lessen the pain in the back of my ankle. After a week, I was convinced thatthese heel raisers do help and bought another pair for my black shoes. Theyโre easy to putin your shoes, stay in place, and lessen my discomfort . Even though only one ankle is hurting,my podiatrist said to put them in both shoes. I really do recommend this product.
