The Paula’s Choice Skin Perfecting 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliant is one of those rare skincare products that genuinely lives up to the hype, especially if you manage to get it at the reduced price which I did! The lightweight, almost water-like formula absorbs quickly and uses salicylic acid to penetrate deep into pores, helping to clear blackheads, reduce congestion, and visibly refine enlarged pores. Within just a few uses, my skin felt smoother and looked clearer, and with continued use I noticed a healthier, more even glow. It’s gentle enough to use regularly without harsh scrubbing, though there can be a slight tingle at first, so it’s best to introduce it gradually and always wear SPF during the day. Overall, it’s a highly effective exfoliant, especially for combination to oily skin, and a great addition to any routine looking to improve texture and clarity.

Buy it. You won't be disappointed! When it arrived, I was shocked at the size 🤣 but only a few drops are needed on a cotton pad. Wipe over a clean face (I did this at night time) and let it work it's magic. This morning, my skin has improved so much already!! My fine lines on my forehead aren't as bad as they were, complexion is much brighter and my skin doesn't look dull anymore (I use retinol, but it doesn't help with this), and the spots on my chin are clearing up already! Can't believe it. That was after one application. Forever a customer to this amazing brand. I've never had a product work so quick!

It’s on the pricier side for a small bottle, but a little goes a long way. I’ve been using it for just under five weeks, and there’s still about half left. You only need a few drops per area, so it doesn’t run out quickly. I like the effect of the liquid exfoliant. It’s simpler and less abrasive than the usual scrubs with those tiny grit particles. It spreads evenly, absorbs fast, and doesn’t leave my skin feeling damaged afterwards. In terms of results I’ve noticed some gradual improvements: slightly clearer skin and fewer small breakouts. It’s not a huge overnight change, but it does seem to keep the skin balanced and smooth. If you’re consistent and patient, it’s a solid addition to your skincare routine / replacement for a mechanical exfoliant.

This is fab! I’ve finally (at 41!) found skincare that works for me and this has had a huge positive impact on my face. The redness and blocked pores/spots have cleared 75% of the way after just two weeks use. I use after cleansing and don’t always even find I need to moisturise. Expensive but if it works it’s worth it! Spent plenty of money trying other things and it being money down the drain.

I normally will not write a review but this product is different. My face is smoother, completely clear and I started seeing results after about a week.

This is a great product and a little goes a long way. I add a few drops to my fingers before applying to my face, focussing on areas more prone to congestion and blackheads. It's not necessary to apply to your whole face if you don't feel you need it - it's a very good product for targeting specific areas! It leaves my skin lovely and smooth before make up application so I tend to use a little in the mornings. It's not necessary to use every day and to avoid sensitivity, always ensure to not mix with other acids or retinol at the same time and use SPF!

Extremely small, I hate grainy face scrubs so it’s nice there is a water exfoliator, none returnable, not sure on the products quality as I’ve only just started using it, does feel hydrating and doesn’t have any bad reactions to the skin, a little seems to go a long way, doesn’t seem to be a peel so I’m confused why it sort of implies it’s a face mask when it’s definitely not, it’s just a water exfoliator and you can’t wash it off.

It isn’t often I write a review but WOW! This stuff has totally cleared my pores and small blackheads on my nose. My skin feels super clear and soft, I’m 34 so starting to age but this seems to be reversing that! Love this stuff! The only downside is the bottle isn’t the best for application, but I will definitely be purchasing again and again! Thank you! Lucy x

Le produit est vraiment très efficace ! Ma peau est beaucoup plus lisse, les imperfections diminuent et le teint est plus net. Un seul petit bémol : le design du bouchon n'est pas très pratique. Il manque de fluidité, ce qui rend l'extraction du liquide un peu laborieuse. J'espère que ce point sera amélioré dans les prochaines versions. Sinon, l'efficacité est au rendez-vous, je recommande

I didn’t try it yet this rating is for the size of the bottle compared to the price i paid! I usually get this 30 ml as gifts from beauty shops, I didn’t notice the ml when i decided to buy it and didn’t even think that it would be a sample size with this price

La verdad que es un producto bastante bueno. Es recomendable usarlo con moderación, no es para diario. Mi experiencia es bastante positiva. De hecho, ya lo había comprado con anterioridad. Muy fácil de aplicar y dura bastante porque es muy poquito lo que hay que usar. De todas formas me sigue resultando algo caro comparando la cantidad de producto y el resultado, el cual, aunque es bueno, me resulta caro y por supuesto no tiene los resultados de una exfoliación profesional
