Back bend Assist Trainer - Improve Back and Waist Flexibility, Door Flexibility Stretching Strap, Home equipment for Ballet, Dance, Yoga, Gymnastics, Cheerleading, Splits

If you like this review please vote it as helpful and check out my other reviews. First let me explain how to use it. You take the black stopped and put it at the top of the door and close the door with it on the other side. You then place your back on the black padding on the bottom of the harness and lean back as the stopper on the door will hold and support your full weight. It does have an adjustable strap to set it to what is comfortable to you based on your height and flexibility. The black padding is very comfortable and doesnt hurt your back at all. The pink colour of it is very vibrant and a great accessory for any budding gymnast. The price is fantastic for what you get also. I would absolutely reccomend this to anyone looking to improve flexibility and posture.

Great for my daughter

It’s a brilliant product I brought the pink one but I will say when you bend back the padding is not very soft and hurt my back quite a lot. It came with no instructions but was very easy to put up. I would also like to say it get quite tangled but overal it is a fantastic product and I would definitely suggest it.

This product works wonders. It is amazing quality, comes with instructions and really helps to stretch your back. I usually struggle to do a bridge but knowing i have support I have been able to do them now. Definitely recommend this product!

We got this for Christmas for my gymnastics mad teen. Sadly they have suffered with chronic pain meaning they’ve been unable to use it. However we have gotten it out this week to try and it doesn’t fit on the door. It looks like a great idea in theory but we are yet to make it work. We have tried it on the pull up bar we have installed, but it didn’t sit right. We will persevere and hopefully manage to work it out as it would be nice to be able to work on back bends and back flexibility.

I was alittle wary of this and the safety aspect of it but my daughter now does everything upside down! She loves it and it's building her core to help her with her gymnastics.

This piece of stretching yoga gymnastics equipment is amazing. I personally love it and it’s so useful and now I know how to do a backbend you guys should buy it. It’s so useful 5 out of five

Very good. Fits purpose.

My kid loves this. It helps with her training and flexibility. Great materials easy to use no problems.

I love this idea. What a genius way to start or continue stretching. One thing I love about this product is how it is tailored to you. You can choose any setting based on the level you are at. As a contortionist, I definitely get the struggle of finding a good, easy, simple, and safe way to stretch and stay in motion. Have fun, and keep on stretching !!

Pour un cadeau

This is an easy to use and easy to set up. I had to use it on my front door because it won't work on the bedroom doors. My 6 year old loves it so she practice her back bends independently. It comes with a bag to fold up so it is compact for storing away when not in use.

The product is OK, hard to measure how low the loop should be for a kid to reach the floor with the bridge position. When I used it for stretching, the loop would lower on its own. I would make it with a different clipper
