LorAnn Natural Lemon Baking Emulsion 16oz

Oh how I love this product. Makes my cakes have that lemon taste i look for

The product itself will work great, I’m sure, but the lid came broken, so I’m not sure how I’ll be keeping it fresh once it’s opened. There’s not an option to return or replace it, so I guess I’m stuck with a broken lid.

I couldn’t give you 5 stars like i normally would give something I Love, cause the bottle cap was crack. But, the seal wasn’t broken. So I will keep it, cause this is a great product. I would like to know why did LorAnn Almond Bakery Emulsion 16 oz. come in a glass bottle, but not the Lemon Emulsion? This is a great product, I hope to never use regular extract again. The Lemon Emulsion smells and tastes just like the favor of Lemon Head Candy. You don’t need much. Very strong favor. Can’t wait for the Coconut Emulsion to come in. I will continue to be a LorAnn Emulsion customer.

I had purchased this to use in my swiss meringue butter cream for my macarons. This emulsion on it's own is ok. It does have a lemony flavor for sure! But it's more on the sweeter side instead of the tart side. It taste almost identical to a candy called Lemon Heads but minus the sourness from the candy. Would definitely have to add additional lemon zest along with this product and maybe even some lemon juice or citric acid. Other than that i would still recommend this product! You have to keep in mind that of course a bottled product isn't going to be 1-1 with the real thing. :)

I really like using this product and it delivers great flavor to my cookies and cakes. But—- why would they send out a bottle without a lid? I ordered this because I have a lemon cake order. However when it arrived it was all over the inside of the package and spilled out making a big mess.
