UTTER RUBBISH!!
Very disappointed, this is a totally honest review.....i soooooo badly wanted to give this a 5 star rating but sadly this cannot happen because it is (in my view unless i am doing something so stupid and badly wrong) is an utter waste of money. You know what the best use for this is, since it is non=toxic give it to a kid to make glittery pictures with that's pretty much as good as it gets. My story, i have a laptop with a couple of screws in the base that are not totally stripped out but cannot be moved the screws still have 'edges' so are not like a smooth hole that nothing can grip to. I need to get these stupid screws out so i can open my laptop so i can install a new CMOS battery before it dies. I put this stuff in.....a good glob, it feels likes if anything it is just making the surface more slick with odd 'gritty' feel but DOES nothing. It says on the packaging 'up to 800% more torque' i guess they can say that in truth because 800% of nothing still equals...nothing!! I really so badly wanted this to work because it would have been such a great thing, but alas it seems i am going to have to spend a lot of money getting a specialised extractor or something for tiny screws, Absolute waste of money. All of the people that have given this 5 star ratings must have a different product or something or maybe as i said early i am doing something stupidly wrong.

It works
My spectacles used to be continually coming apart, but since using Screwgrab on them a few months ago they haven't done it again.

It didn't seem to work for me at all.
I tried this in totally stripped Phillips head screws, and it didn't work at all. I tried this in a slightly stripped allen head screw, and it still slipped the driver. I was better off buying screw removers and screw removing pliers instead. It looks like a quality product, but seems to only work in specific circumstances that I haven't yet come across.

It actually works !!
I had a couple of screws with worn heads and they just would not budge. I saw this product and although sceptical about it, I was pleasantly surprised as worked really well. Used the same driver before application and after and screw grip was excellent. Not sure it would work on all worn heads hence 4 star not 5

It grabbed the screws alright!
After reading reviews I had my doubts that this was going to work, but managed to get out three rusted and threaded screws in the back of my oven to replace heating element. Will be using this for other jobs and keep in the tool box.

May help with a loose screw but don't expect miracles
I had a jammed brass screw that would not undo and the head (philips) was getting destroyed by the screwdriver. I tried various options such as using rubberbands and similar to give the screwdriver more grip. This product was almost the last resort. It did nothing to help remove the screw although I suspect that if the screw was not too large or stuck it might have helped a little. In the end I had to resort to drilling out the screw head so, for me it was a waste of money.

Yes this stuff really works.
So frequently claims are thrown around usually with some sort of marketing science thrown in to make these claims believable. i bought this to help me try and repair an old Nikon 50 mm F1.2 lens. This lens optically was in great condition but had a tight focus ring that had to be disassembled for repair. I bought this because most of the screws were corroded and or somewhat stripped. I tried a small JIS screwdriver and right away concluded I can't disassemble this lens without stripping all the screws they were stuck. I did some research and landed on this product. I opened the bottle and dipped only the tip of the driver in the screw grab and used the screwdriver like you would remove any normal small screw. The first thing you notice is an increase in grip between the screw and the driver. The screw grab works like the name implies the driver grabs the screw and resists stripping the screw out. It helps with screws that are somewhat stripped as well. The liquid is thick almost a liquid paste, has a gritty graphite color and texture. It has a film type quality, not quite oily but you want to be careful and try not to spill it or get it on your clothes. I didn't want to try and find out if it will stain or not. In short, buy it. It works especially well on small electronics screws that always seem to strip and wear out. Works great on my rc helicopters too!

BIG difference
NO, this will not make you a master mechanic, or magically fix your half stripped screw head. But it WILL make a massive difference in whether the driver wants to cam out or not. I just dip the tip of any smaller driver into the oily grit, it doesn't take much and you can feel the driver biting the screw head. This tiny little bottle will last a very long time unless you are a professional, in which case buy 2.

Perhaps it works better on larger sized holes
It didn't work for me on small, button head screws. Perhaps it works better on larger sized holes.
