Wondfo 50 Ovulation Test Strips and 20 Pregnancy Test Strips Kit

I love these cheap little test strips! We have been pregnant 10 times and Wondfo pregnancy test strips have picked up our positives before any other commercial home pregnancy test products we have used....and I feel like we have used them all. I always get a faint line on Wondfo strips at 8-9 DPO (Days Post Ovulation) and it takes other tests days to catch up and show positive. My first positive on Wondfo was on a day when my blood level was at 7, which is just unfathomable to me!! I never would have expected to see a faint line at 7, so I was hooked. I can't help myself...once I see that line, I need to keep testing and testing for days...and these tests make it possible! On the months where we didn't have positive tests, it felt better knowing that I wasn't wasting huge amounts of money for the negative results... Like the HCG strips, the Ovulation test strips from Wondfo have always been reliable and show lines more boldly and clearly than other tests I have used. Unlike pregnancy tests, LH/Ovulation tests aren't positive unless the TEST line is as dark as or darker than the control line. Throughout your cycle, you might have different amounts of the LH (Luteinizing Hormone) in your body, so you will see a line in the TEST area...but unless it is as dark as or darker than the control line, it is not positive. Please note that many doctors suggest testing every 12 hours from cycle day 6 through ovulation, so that you make sure to catch your LH surge. I know my body and signs of ovulation very well and I always ovulate right at day 14, but I still test like a maniac...lol I do have a long LH surge, though, so I usually have a few positive tests. These are fast (Dip for 3 seconds and read at 5 mins) and reliable! I always test with a digital to confirm (Face it, the blinking smiley face is so darn encouraging!)...lol I just love these strips! As I mentioned we have been pregnant 10 times (Twice with twins), but sadly we have also lost 7 of our babies. I have learned more than I have ever wanted to know about TTC (Trying to Conceive) and LH surges and common factors in miscarriage. One important thing that I feel compelled to share is the importance of progesterone!! I had 3 healthy babies before we lost our first angel and I thought there was "nothing wrong" with me. My doctor is amazing and ran a million tests for us even though we had lost 1 baby after 3 healthy ones...God bless her! She did find some clotting issues and autoimmune things that may have contributed to the death of our first angel, but she also noted my progesterone levels were low. She went on to check my hormone levels throughout the next couple of cycles and saw that I was really not making enough progesterone to adequately help a developing embryo. She put me on progesterone supplements from ovulation until my cycle each month (and eventually throughout my next pregnancies) in order to help me get pregnant and stay pregnant. I had never known that some things I thought were common and normal are actually signs of low progesterone: - Brown spotting at the beginning or end of your cycle - Breakthrough bleeding - Short Luteal Phases (Less than 14 days from ovulation until your cycle starts) - (In pregnancy) Cramping...CRAMPING IS NOT NORMAL...Common, yes...normal, no. It is a warning sign of low progesterone (It it also an indication of dehydration or a possible infection...always have cramping evaluated and INSIST on a progesterone level draw!!) - (In pregnancy) Bleeding or brown spotting If you have any of the above symptoms, please ask your doctor to check your progesterone level. During your cycle the most simple and telltale way to see if there is a progesterone issue is to check your level 7 days after ovulation. (Or IMMEDIATELY if pregnant) When you get your BFP (Big Fat Positive/Positive Home Pregnancy Test), ask your doctors to confirm with a quantitative HCG level AND a progesterone level...even if you have never had a problem in your life. Just do it to be safe. Ask them to help you keep your progesterone levels over 20 in the beginning and they should go up from there. If the information in my review saves even ONE baby's life, then I will feel better knowing that our grief and losses have not been in vain. In the pictures I have attached, first note my urine is extremely concentrated because I was not allowed liquids for 12 hrs before labs, but that is also when I knew my LH surge would hit...so please know I normally hydrate well! :-) The first picture is the Wondfo ovulation strip. The next one is a Wondfo strip next to another brand I have used, so you can see how the Wondfo strip is even darker and more obvious.

Follow-up to my previous review: I've been using the ovulation strips for almost 2 years now--one package lasted that long because I finally figured out my cycle after a few months (I initially bought them for tracking, not to try to get pregnant). Now I know that if I test immediately after my period and in the evening (around 8 pm is perfect), my chances of getting a positive test are really good. I usually only use about 2 strips per month for this reason. There is a very obvious difference between the slightly lighter line and the clear dark line of the positive result. This is the first month we're trying to get pregnant, and because of the accuracy of the ovulation tests it looks like we did it in the first try! I have had very faint positives on the pregnancy strips, which indicate that I'm in very early pregnancy. Most impressive is that I'm only 11 days past ovulation (and about 5-8 days before my next period) and the test is sensitive enough to show some positive movement (I read it after 5 minutes as directed). Fingers crossed that I stay pregnant, but it's a relief to know these tests work. I also didn't have any batch issues. I recently ordered a replacement set of strips, and I've been using one pregnancy test from the old pack and one from the new pack side by side, and they both showed the same results. These strips are amazing and so cheap that you can afford to test really often and really get to know your cycle and your body. And that knowledge is so important. ------------------------------------------------------------- Old 3-star review: I have used these strips on and off for about a year. I test right after my period (because I have a long one) and was getting frustrated with constantly negative results. After about 5-6 months of negatives, I thought for sure the strips were faulty, but lo and behold, one day I tested earlier than normal got a very clear positive. No mistaking that the two lines were the exact same shade. I realize that I may just ovulate really really early (because my period lasts so long), and I may not have been testing early enough and also I think I was testing too early in the day. I still have yet to find another positive, but I've been lazy and inconsistent. It has made me realize the strips are probably working properly. It's also possible that I'm not ovulating every month, which is a very real phenomenon. I like these strips because they're cheap, easy, and only take 5 minutes to read. I can afford to use a bunch of them to figure out my cycle. They may not be for everyone, but so far they work for me.

After going through a unexpected pregnancy and then going through a miscarriage. My husband and I decided we wanted to start trying (after the dr's recommended wait time)and after the first month of trying and not conceiving, I wanted to get these strips to ensure that I was having a LH surge and possibly ovulating again. Now the strips don't guarantee ovulation will occur, but the LH surge is what does happen to induce ovulation. The first month - I started testing according to the recommend schedule, two times a day at 11am and 5pm. Now my periods have ALWAYS been regular, and I've NEVER been late or early - I have an app on my phone that I've been keeping tracking with for the past two years. So when I didn't get the LH surge till late...and it didn't match with my phone app - I didn't read the signs and have sex. Needless to say, I resulted in getting my period late this month (which NEVER has happen - but most likely due to the stress of the miscarriage and TTC again). There for since I did get my period late it was consistent with my LH surge late...but I was stubborn and thought I knew better and paid more attention to the app. The second month - my app adjusted to the longer cycle I had the previous month. I did not know what was going on with my body (After all I did go through a miscarriage 4 months prior) so I did not know if I would now start to have longer cycles, or if it was a fluke with my body just that one month. Well needless to say - I got my surge early and consistent with my normal cycle prior to last month fluke (and not consistent with my app) and here I sit at 8 weeks pregnant! As far as the pregnancy test - I ended up testing 8 days past ovulation, and got what I almost missed - a very very VERY faint line, so faint that you couldn't really see it unless you compared it against a test not used. Sure enough the next morning I went to the drugstore and purchased an electronic pregnancy test and an 1st early response test. Both came up positive! The early response was harder to reader but there was a double line - while the electronic one clearly read "pregnant". Also, after going through the prior miscarriage - I found it comforting testing with the HCG strips once a day after the positive electronic test, just so that I could see the HCG strip test result get darker and darker. This showed me that my HCG levels were increasing, even though it was a gradual change that showed better ever other day when comparing. I find these test helpful, reassuring, and comforting all while being super cheap!! I highly recommend these to anyone TTC!

The product was nicely packaged, every test in an individual sealed foil pouch and accompanied by a printed instructions sheet (separately for ovulation and hCG strips). My lot numbers are W00231002-3 exp 10/2015 for ovulation, and W00130842-3 exp 08/2015 for hcg. I am a test junkie, so I wanted to write a detailed review which hopefully will help other women better understand what they are getting. Ovulation tests, rating 5+ stars. Simply excellent, easy to read, and very accurate. I was able to correctly pinpoint my LH surge with these, which was verified with a smiley face on clearblue digital. The lines weren't hard to read and interpret (even though I usually struggle with the ovulation tests because the test line never seems to be dark enough - NOT the case with these); in my opinion, this test beats many expensive brands which require comparing two lines. I would not hesitate to rely on these tests alone to pinpoint the LH surge. Definitely a great buy and the low price makes it unbeatable. Highly recommend. Now, the hCG tests. The accuracy is reasonable, they gave me a faint positive at 10 DPO (FRER was very-very faintly positive a day before, so it's not bad). However, the FRER line keeps getting darker, and the wondfo line stays the same. Currently the FRER is glowing positive, almost as dark as a control, while wondfos are still kind of shadows of a line. Quite frustrating, because I can't monitor the hCG progression with these. I have to use FRER or else I would always question if the pregnancy is still there, or am I miscarrying. Hence, my rating is 3 stars, giving a HUGE bonus for the low price. It is still worth the money for ladies like me, who can't survive past 5 dpo without peeing on a test :) Use the cheapies until you see something that remotely resembles a line, and then switch to a more reliable brand. However, for those ladies who can wait until closer to their period to test, this might not be worth the money and headache. Also I wanted to note that even though the instructions state to read the test at exactly 5 minutes, I find that they need more time to develop since the lines are so faint. I would give it between 5-10 minutes. Overall, I feel the product was worth the money and give it a solid 4 stars. As long as you understand the limitations and acknowledge that this is not a top of the line test with bells and whistles and super performance (the hCG test anyway), you will be pleased. The product works and it is hard to beat 32c/test. Good luck in baby making! ;-)

my wife and i started trying to conceive after we were first married two+ years ago. it started out just like any newly-married couple would attack such a thing--lots and lots of practice. after about a year with no results, we started looking into methods and products that would assist with conception. she began buying tests for ovulation and pregnancy, and we started talking to a doctor. at first the advice she was given was simple: learn her cycle to figure out peak fertility. what better way of doing that than to test for ovulation, right? only thing was, the ovulation tests at walmart were expensive as all get-out, and you have to take several each month. twenty tests for $30 or more--just enough to last for a few months? ouch! so we eventually turned to amazon, and as usual, found a great alternative. this kit provided a huge amount of ovulation test strips, as well as offering the extra benefit of a handful of pregnancy tests. and the price was superb! when we purchased this kit, it was on sale for $18.99, and it has sold for as little as $10 at different times in the last 12 months. these tests are not hard to use. you just dip and lay them out for a couple minutes. they don't come with fancy applicators or wands to make them easier to handle, but a couple rounds of practice and they're not difficult at all to take or to read (according to my wife, at least). and they managed to accurately predict her ovulation stage every month, as well as giving a couple days of warning beforehand. the darkness of the second line determines if you are approaching ovulation, or if you are already there. another year goes by, and we had all but given up on having a baby. we'd done the clomid cycle and tried a couple other treatments, and were about out of options, short of seeing a fertility specialist. we stopped all treatments and stopped tracking her cycle. of course, that's when it happened. we finally conceived (finally!) a couple months ago. my wife says she just had a feeling one morning, that she needed to take a pregnancy test. we still had a couple types of them on hand, including the "early results" types, a couple cheap dollar store tests, and the ones in this kit. the early results test came back positive! then the race was on to see how many other tests would agree. using a dozen tests in 72 hours is just normal, right? :) while these tests didn't pick up the pregnancy hormones as quickly as the early results kind, they were a day ahead of the dollar store versions. getting pregnant isn't always as easy as it appears on tv. for some of us, it takes a lot of work and costs a lot of money, especially if you factor in fertility treatments and doctor visits. this little kit quite possibly saved us $100 over buying the same number of tests in the store. even with the small inconvenience in testing technique, that's still an amazing deal. i have already recommended this kit to friends, and will continue to do so for anyone trying to conceive.

These tests are very accurate and very helpful when TTC. I went off my BC (yaz pill, after 6 years) in July. I went 2 cycles with nothing special, not really trying, no tests/ supplements, etc. In the beginning of my 3rd cycle I started taking Daily Wellness Fertility Blend for Women (also ordered off of here) to help regulate my cycles/ ovulation. I started testing for my LH surge with these strips, around Day 10 and seen a surge on Day 14 (but my cycle ended up being 35 days long). I was testing 3x a day, and only got a positive once, so it was a very short surge that I could have missed if I didn't test the 3rd time. My husband and I were still not scheduling our intimacy around TTC yet either. Then came my 4th cycle. I was still taking the Fertility Blend. I started testing 2x a day for my LH surge around Day 7 and taking Mucinex 2x a day. On Cycle Day 9 (not 14 like so many people assume is when it happens)I had an LH surge. This time though it showed up on the tests both times that day (morning and evening), meaning it lasted for at 12 hours. I took Mucinex 3x that day and the next. We were intimate that evening. I had intentions of actually trying to make it happen this time and being intimate every other day or so for awhile to make sure but then some very big, stressful events happened and sidetracked us from even thinking about it (no more intimacy until 17 days later). But, as early as 10 DPO, I was feeling 'different'. I tried not to let my mind wonder though, thinking it was pretty much impossible and I was just getting my hopes up. But, sure enough, I got a BFP (big fat positive- pregnancy test) on 17 DPO with these Hcg strips! I couldn't believe it! I took 1 hcg test with my first urine the morning of 17 DPO. It instantly started showing that 2nd line. I was so shocked that I waited about an hour and took another one and an EPT- those were with my 2nd urine & still being fairly early, I wasn't sure how they'd come out but they were both instantly positive as well. The lines on these hcg strips came out to be the same darkness as the control line each time and the ept was about the same color as it's control line as well. So, they were both easily read and the results were not questionable. I do think that it was honestly a mix of using the fertility blend, mucinex, and these strips that helped us. But, I would have never caught on to my ovulation peak being so early without these strips. What are the odds that it happened with only 1 time of intimacy, 1st cycle of really trying, only 4th cycle off of BC after being on it for 6 years, then w/ all the stress that I had on me?! I tried to track my BBT for about 2.5 months but was never successful and finding a pattern to go by and even one of the apps on my phone to track everything was assuming my O would be around Day 14, because it just bases its guesses on your period, not anything else. I changed to a different app called Fertility Friend (I have an iphone. it was free. don't know about others) that actually tracks all of your different symptoms (CM, BBT, ovulation predictor kits, and period days) to pinpoint your O and estimate your future cycles. It was giving me an estimated fertility peak between Day 9 and Day 13. So, it was starting to figure me out- mostly thanks to me tracking the results of these strips.

The strips are no-frills tools to track ovulation and, hopefully, pregnancy. I like the simplicity of the strips and less packaging, which just significantly increases the prices of store bought kits. I read the reviews and saw pictures of what others did with the taping to pages (see user pics vs just the marketing Amazon ones) and did the exact same thing. Taped the strips, once used, on a ruled piece of paper. Then I can follow the hormone surge to see when my ovulation window starts. I had been using the phone app, MyDays, which is great and simple, but found it wasn't accurate when compared to the strips. Because the strips are individually wrapped, you can easily shove a few in your purse and use them at the same time every day. I also started using them twice a day for the 2-3 days I knew the hormone surge was coming and was able to better predict the window of opportunity. I just started trying to get pregnant last month and of course you have to do more than just predict ovulation to get pregnant, but I would guess it will be hard to not get pregnant if you act on the information these strips provide! I also haven't had an opportunity to use the pregnancy strips, but all the same goes for these... simple packaging and just as easy to use. I bought the 50 LH and 20 HCG package and that seems like it will last about 5-6 months. ***Update*** I have been using these now for about 4 cycles. The ovulation strips seem to mostly work fine, but about 50% of the pregnancy tests are bunk. They don't read anything nor do you even see urine make its way up the strip as it should. The first one I thought was just maybe the "end of a roll" strip but clearly not. It's frustrating since once you pee on it, you can't pee again for a while to try another one. I am starting to see the pattern in the look of the strips and can guess now which ones will/won't work so I use two. I've had 2 of the OV ones have the same problem, but the ratio of working to not-working is much better than the preg ones. This little kit isn't terribly expensive but it would still be nice it they actually worked. I also was given a fertility awareness book and it's pretty detailed such that I don't know if I will go to the effort of purchasing more OV strips again anyway. If you actually pay attention to your body, it is obvious when you are near ovulation. For this reason I changed my star rating to a 4. HCG tests are bunk. ***Update at 10 months*** I used the LH tests now for 10 months and have been pretty diligent in taking advantage of my "window of opportunity" to no avail. We finally have started spending fat-cat money on testing and so far every dr. prescribed test (Hsg, AMH, FSH, E2, Sperm function, ultrasounds,... the list goes on) ALL come back with very positive outlook on our supposed ability to conceive. We are nearing 40 so we aren't wasting more time and trying Clomid this month and need to predict OV again and I am out of tests so decided to consider these again. I have read through the reviews again on these little buggers and am less convinced they are truly valid tests. They do tend to show a positive LH surge about 1-2 days AFTER I have all other signs. My Dr. suggested to get Clear Blue Easy ones as they are the most accurate from their own research and that these Wondfo (cost-effective) ones are typically not as well QA'd so you get what you pay for. I guess a phone app with just trying at -4d, -2d, 0d, +2d, +4d from OV prediction is just as viable as these buggers (and free). Otherwise, I'd suggest if you REALLY want to get preg then buy quality. Lowered my rating to a 3 now from the above. The strips still came on time and some could have worked. The HCG ones (that worked) seemed accurate, though now I question the entire lot of them.

These are pretty awesome. What a great deal and they helped make baby-making less stressful! Short story: the first time I used the LH strips, I had my LH surge that day, confirmed that I had my LH surge with one of those expensive clear blue LH predictors with the smiley face, and then I used the HCG strip soon after and confirmed I was pregnant! Picture: shows that my LH was high Oct 14 am & pm, and Oct 15 am. By Oct 15 pm, my LH surge was over. This all meant that I ovulated on Oct 15 (I also had more discharge than normal mid-day on the 15). We did the deed the nights of the 14 and 15, even though I knew the 15 was very likely too late. I did the pregnancy (HCG) test day 11,13,15,17 after ovulation and you can see the faint pink line getting stronger. Long story: After not becoming pregnant without using any predictor kits, I decided to order these. I also bought the expensive clear blue ones with the smiley face. I did a decent amount of research, so hopefully this information will help you. Be sure to test with the LH strips twice a day, and start at least 5 days before you THINK you will be ovulating. Just follow the instructions that come with the strips. For the LH hormone, FMU (first morning urine) is not actually as good to use. Lets say your LH starts to surge around 6am. However, you last peed at 9pm last night. Now when you get up at 7am to test your urine, you have 9 hours of low LH and 1 hour of high LH; this isn't likely to make the line that much darker than it normally is, and you may not realize that you have started your LH surge. But, if you pee again at 9am and test this urine, you now have 2 hours of high LH, and the strip will not be diluted with low LH, thus the strip will show up darker than normal and you will realize that you will be ovulating very soon. Please keep in mind with the ovulation predictor (LH) strips, that you will always get another blue line showing up - it is up to you to compare how dark the blue line is to the control line. For me, it was easier to compare the darkness of the line to previous tests since I was one of those people whose LH line didn't get darker than the control line when I had my LH surge, but I could tell that it was darker than on previous LH strips. I tested the way the instructions suggested - after peeing in a little medicine cup, I let it sit for about 5 minutes or so, bringing it down a bit to room temp, and then I dipped the strip for the set amount of time, and then placed on top of the cup, set a timer, and waited to read the results. I also saved my strips (even though they say not to look at any color change after the 5 minutes since it won't be accurate anymore) in order to compare my LH darkness to other strips. I did not feel that after the allotted amount of time that the control or test line got that much darker anyway. If you are not sure if your line is darker than normal, just test your urine again the next time you have to pee, or go ahead and confirm with the more expensive clear blue monitors that give you a smiley face or not. Now for the pregnancy test hormone, HCG. For this test, FMU is fine. Since your body does not produce this hormone unless you are pregnant, even the faintest of lines means that you are pregnant. I personally tested 11 days after ovulation to see if I was pregnant. There was no pink line after the 5 minute wait. However, after about 15-20 min, I swear I saw a faint pink line. I also tested day 13, 15, and 17 after ovulation and soon enough the pink line showed up within the 5 minute mark, and when looking at all 4 pregnancy strips at the same time, you can see the progression of the pink line getting darker. Overall, I had a very positive experience, becoming pregnant the first time I used these strips. I know that was just luck. But it sure was nice to have the strips to know that we were doing the deed at just the right times since I knew when I was ovulating. This definitely took some of the stress off and kept things fun! Also, they are so much less expensive than what you can get at the store, so you don't have to feel bad about "wasting" them when you're testing yourself twice a day with the LH strips. I will absolutely use these again in the future if we decide to try again after this baby!

I would recommend this product to any woman wanting to pinpoint ovulation. I read some mixed reviews but decided to have a go and see how these went for me and can say they work great. Nice solid lines which were able to pinpoint my LH surge. Now I can track my cycle and not feel guilty about the cost.

The ovulation tests were great, dark clean lines and even dries well. I would definitely recommend to anybody tracking ovulation. I am having some confusing results with the hcg tests, but am unsure yet if that’s the tests that are leaving indent/evap lines or if it’s confusing results due to testing too early, I have had 3 tests show what looked like faint indent lines but the rest of my negatives were clearly empty and no Evap lines. Definitely recommend the ovulation tests 1000% I’m just unsure on the hcg yet so take anything I’ve said about them with a grain of salt.

OPKs work really well for me, I was a bit sceptical given they were so affordable but I am pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend. Whilst I haven't been able to try the pregnancy test portion yet, I will update when I have.
