I use these for sourdough sandwich bread to do the bulk rise. It is excellent- I mark on the outside with a dry erase marker to let me know where I started…. Then I can easily see when it has doubled. Another must have for sourdough bread making.

Perfect size for 5 pound back of sugar. I got the larger size sugar to save money but it required a reliable way to store it and keep it fresh. It’s well made, seals completely, fits on the shelf and maintains freshness. The price is very reasonable. May buy others for other baking staples like flour.

Absolutely love this container. Dough slides out easily with out sticking. Only draw back is this size is only good for 2 loaves of dough to allow for ample room for rise.

This is a huge container, although it is much larger than I needed for two loaves of bread, it did the job! Storage is another issue!

Look, at first the price caught me off guard. There's so many options for mixing bowls, containers, you name it, for well under the price of this 6 quart container. But given the quality? I expect to give this to my children so they can begin to make artisan bread long after I've passed. The size, 6 quarts, is great for a 1000g dough at 90+ percent hydration and letting the dough triple. Very happy with it! Especially happy to be able to see through it and know exactly how much the dough has risen.
