Do these come with black pumps?

Hi! They do come with a black pump option,  however there's a delay getting our next set printed at our new silkscreener's. We will have the black pump option back in stock at Amazon ASAP. Question 2

Received my order today!  How do I get the pump mechanism to unlock?  They are stuck in the lick position, tried to turn to unlock, they are stuck!

Hi, the pumps come tightly locked by the manufacturer. For best results, hold the pump tightly by the pump mechanism while unscrew. Basically, the pump needs to be turned while the inner mechanism stays still. We are uploading a reference picture to our listing to help in the future. Let us know if you continue to have problems! Can I get one made that says lotion instead of conditioner if I order 3?

Hi Jordan, thanks for asking! We have to get them printed by the thousands as there are some high setup costs involved. Some day we hope to print Lotion and others. Currently, although we don't make them available all the time due to the time involved for labeling, we do have our customized listing available this week (5/10/21). Customized bottles come with adhesive labels that are a tiny bit smaller than the silkscreen design, but you can choose your font and provide the text you'd like. We print on demand and label them for you. Search for product #B07DSPLM5C. Thanks!

What is the plastic pte grade on the bottom of the bottle? ie: 2,5,7
