Guarding My Cards in Style – The Envy of Every Player!
I recently purchased the Ultimate Guard Boulder 100+ Deck Case in Amethyst for my new Digimon deck, and I couldn't be happier with my choice! As someone who regularly plays with a group of friends, having a reliable and stylish storage solution is essential, and this case ticks all the boxes. Firstly, the soft-touch finish of the case feels amazing in your hands and adds a touch of elegance. The amethyst color is vibrant and stands out, making it easy to spot in a pile of other card cases. But what really impressed me was the durability of the case. I’ve had it in my bag during several game nights, and it has withstood the bumps and knocks without any scuffs. My cards feel secure and protected inside, thanks to the sturdy construction. One of the best parts about bringing this case to our Digimon play group is the envy it has sparked among my friends! They’ve all been really impressed by how well-made and stylish this deck case is. I can’t tell you how many compliments I’ve received and how jealous my play group is. It’s become a bit of a running joke that I need to bring my back-up cards just in case they can’t resist “borrowing” my case for their own decks! Overall, I highly recommend the Ultimate Guard Boulder 100+ Deck Case for anyone who plays TCGs like Digimon. It offers excellent protection for your cards, looks fantastic, and might just make your friends a little envious too! Whether you’re playing casually or competitively, this case is a great investment for any card collector.

Best TCG deck box
Ok 1st of all. Does it fit 100 double sleeved cards as advertised? Yes, just barely. Expect a very tight fit. I would say the true max capacity is 105-110. Still fits my bling'd out deck with a lot of foils in various condition. If you have foil cards that have developed a flex, a tight fitting deck box, on top of double sleeving helps quite a bit. Expect to have to squeeze slightly getting a full deck in. Some features I like about the box. Overmolded plastic exterior is durable, scratch resistant, and soft to the touch. (Sets it apart from copycat products.) Almost no wasted space inside the box makes this a great choice if you want to store all of your decks inside a case with standard card dimensions. The top half pops off easily (looking at you UltraPro tower) with your thumbs and can be used as a second box to help keep you organized while you are sorting/playing the cards. Different colors are interchangeable, and the case is partially translucent. So you don't usually have to open the box to know what's inside and you can color sort them if you own several. There are a bunch of other products out there. Some of them are way cooler, but this is hands down the best deck box if you want a hard-sided, compact box that is scratch and water resistant, and DROP SAFE! My opinion: The options with the dice tray strays from the ultra simple concept of the original and the UltraPro Tower begins to look better in comparison.

Quality.
There is nothing really to complain about - I've used Boulders for a while now with my EDH decks and I've never been disappointed, these deck boxes are fantastic and come in a great range of colors. If there was anything to nit pick, it's that it's that if you have a bunch of tokens, especially sleeved/double-sleeved ones, you may have trouble fitting your deck comfortably in this. Otherwise it's great for deck storage, the top is very secure but easy to open, and the vibrance of the colors, especially this pink one, is fantastic.

Great for MTG and KeyForge!!!
TLDR: Great box, FFG sleeves did not fit, be aware of that if using any with similar dimensions So, I used to be one of those "a box is a box is a box" kind of players. As long as a deck was sleeved, I didn't much care what else they were in. And so, I've been using those $3 and $4 Ultra-Pro slip cover things for years. Now that I just recently got into KeyForge though, I decided to shop around a bit and found Tolarian Community College on YouTube. Once I saw these I fell in love and bought four and they do not disappoint in person. Their closing is near perfect, and as there is no such thing it is not worth complaining about. They feel amazing on the outside, they don't flex like those cheap ones, and while scratching may be a thing in the future, since plastic isn't steel its, again, not really worth complaining about. They If these aren't your style, go check out TCC, he has reviewed a TON of other boxes. The Professor's review is going to be far more eloquent and demonstrative than I can be here, so go watch it for the best impression of these. I did want to point out the one issue I had with mine, though. I had my decks sleeved in a combination of those from Fantasy Flight Games, Ultra-pro, and Dragon Shields. The Shields fit with zero problems. I can fit 2 KeyForge decks in a single Boulder with room to spare. Same with the Ultra-pro ones. However, the slight additional length above the card top of the FFG ones prevented the box from closing properly and I had to re-sleeve that deck in Shields in order to store it in a Boulder. So, if you have invested into FFG sleeves, avoid this box or else you'll need to reinvest in a sleeve of slightly shorter dimensions.

Better than anticipated
I was worried at first but the Boulder fit my 100 card double-sleeved (30%+ Foiled, Titan Shields with Titan Shields perfect fits) with space on the side to fit 2-3 extra double sleeved cards(for MTG players, 2-3 MDFCs placeholders) on the side. I think I would easily be able to squeeze one more card in the front just fine. I liked the build so much I ended up Purchasing 8 more various Boulders for my other EDH decks. Another plus is that the Boulder slots in all my cases very nicely (big black box - various sizes, Arkhive 1000/400) and takes slightly less space and is more elegant than Ultra Pro Eclipse 100s or Gamegenics 100s. Downside is it costs 2-3 times more, which is worth it in my opinion (without knocking on the other deckboxes, they are also great if you don't need a fully rigid box or looking for a more cost effective solution). Some other neglible downsides is that the frosty boxes, although feel/look nice and plesantly velvety to the touch, are finger print magnets. I constantly do "tshirt wipe downs" to keep it looking nice. Overall, plesantly surprised and happy with my Boulder purchases.

Great Deck Box but Buyer Beware.
So, while I love Boulders and they're probably the most durable deck box from any of the major deck box brands in my opinion and the 100+ count is my personal favorite, they do have a small issue in that they seem to be like a few millimeters too small considering what they're advertised for. Which is why I'm giving 4 stars. The box for the 80+ mentions that it can fit 100 single-sleeved cards or the 80 double-sleeved cards. I know it depends on the type of sleeves, but to explain how tight this box is, I was only able to fit 98 single-sleeved cards of one deck without feeling like I was going to damage the cards. I did manage to stuff my Blex reanimator commander deck sleeved in Dragon Shield classics and the commander in just a clear inner into the box and it felt like I was forcing the commander card down. And it's the same for the 100+ box. If you double sleeve, you may be able to fit 97 or 98 cards without issue, and the rest has to be forced in there sometimes. So be wary of that before purchasing. But overall, if you stick to the 100+ count and only single sleeve, this box will last forever and is definitely worth it. I would stay away from this 80+ count one though unless you're playing 60 card constructed formats.

My go to card boxes.
Some of the best card boxes out there. The cards fit perfectly in them and I can fit more of them in my bag because they don't take up too much space. They hold up well and are available in a lot of colors.

Great fit (for MTG cards sleeved) and durable
Very durable and fits a commander deck with tokens perfectly, the cards fit perfectly snug

Nice case, does NOT fit commander decks
The case looks great, but it does NOT fit a 100 Magic cards with Dragon Shield sleeves. You can put exaclty 95 said sleeved cards in, possibly 96, but at that point you will start damaging your cards. Beautiful case, but look for something else if you're wanting to store commander decks.

valido

Good quality
Fits 100 double sleeved magic cards nicely, wont hold additional tokens unless single sleeved, great quality, will be my go to deck box from now.

Ultimate guard 80+ Boulder deck box
I really love the ultimate guard Boulder deck boxes they make, Although I prefer the 100+ Boulder deck boxes. However they have been tricky to get lately so coming across the smaller amount 80+ was handy and still work out great to keep my cards save. Also they fit well for single sleeved cards ( using dragon shield or ultra pro eclipse sleeves.) so if your looking for a small but strong deck box then this is the box for you!
