Does this tuner work on oboes

Really well, I am an oboe player and bought it for tuning up orchestras and tuning my oboe when I'm playing. It works really well, has a long-lasting battery and is accurate.

Where do I get an input cord for this tuner? I need it for my Harp.

Looks to me like it is a typical 1/4" mono connection. I don't know what connection you have for harp but the 1/4" cables are prob available on Amazon and many other places. If you look at the Amazon website for the product there is is a a video in the photos section that demonstrates how the item works. Here is a link to the manual for more information:https://s3-ap-northeast-1.amazonaws.com/s3.korgdev.com/us/support/download/files/499f923ed6b05422a1502ad20eef0683.pdf?response-content-disposition=inline%3Bfilename%2A%3DUTF-8%27%27GA1_OM_EFGS1.pdf&response-content-type=application%2Fpdf%3B&AWSAccessKeyId=AKIAJQJT6TXJVABAURFQ&Expires=1460500055&Signature=gpUrGAKHLRX4ri%2F%2FzxUeoYyZP2o%3D
