It's perfect
I love this suitcase and bag. The suitcase holds a lot of clothes. I've traveled 2x in the past month and it has been perfect for my short trips. It is also easy to spot at the airport. The bag is cute and comfortable. I put all of my travel documents and some extra clothes in there (just in case my suitcase got lost). I love the material, it's sturdy and seems durable. Definitely worth the price.

Still happy 15 months later
I bought the 21/14 set in May 2025 and have used it multiple times since - mostly for multi-day road trips with a couple of long-distance flight trips. In other words, the set has seen varied uses and handling. More than a year later I can say that I am still delighted with this purchase. The luggage is very lightweight (even a Bellagio bellhop made a positive comment), which really helps with the maneuverability and, despite my rough treatment banging up and down curbs, etc., is holding up well with nothing broken while still looking almost-new. Some reviewers have commented that it falls over easily and it can when the tote is on top, but I haven't found this to be that big of a deal - I just lean it against the car or a chair or something if needed. My biggest complaint is that the tote's shoulder strap is not removable, it's sewn in at the sides. So, if you want the shoulder strap out of the way, it has to be tucked into the tote, which then means the tote can't be zipped closed. Regardless, it's a good, roomy set. As an idea, I took a 9-day trip, fit everything I needed into the bags, and took both bags onto the plane with me - the case as a carry-on and the tote as a personal item, easily fitting under the seat in front of me. Well worth the money.

Works perfect for what I Needed it for.
EDIT MAY 10TH 2025: nearly 13 years later and I still have and used this for travel lol. It's held up pretty well over the years. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I needed these in a pinch for travel i was going on and chose it based on its size, reviews, and available colors. I liked that i could get a different color than a standard plain black, and the green suited me just fine, and also if a friend ever needed to borrow it it would be gender neutral as opposed to a pink one (which i would have loved lol). Though true to other reviews the green color is NOT as bright and pretty as it appears on the photo, it is a little more muted, but a little more woodsy than olive id say. I have a ton of pics i took from various angles of all its features and even with it stuff full but i don't see where i can post them on this particular items page. :( I have no complaints over the durability of the suitcase (i don't use the mini one) kinda stupid, don't know if anyone ever uses them, not big enough for my laptop. So the suitcase will be the main point of my review. The item held up just fine and had no problems with it as a carry on. I flew through American Airlines for all flights and never once had any question of its size/weight issue and didn't have to check it. It rolled smoothly through the airport. the wheels worked well and had no issues with the handle. extended/retracted simple and quickly with a push of the button on top. there was an occasional tip or flip, but i attribute that to my handling of the bag as its a narrower than a larger one so it was easy to accidentally twist when pulling it up next to you, But that was mainly just how i was handling it. It can actually fit a pretty good amount of stuff in it. I had 2 pairs of jeans, house sweats, yoga style sweats, 8 shirts, 10 underwear and a couple bras, 4 pairs of socks, and a pair of low profile sneakers, pair of flats, and heels. Oh and an extra hoodie on top of all of that. Also had my makeup bag stashed in it too. All that WITHOUT the use of the 3" extender that unzips if you need it. I didn't want to risk having to check it. However on one of my flights, to/from an airforce base in a tiny plane, they had no room for carry ons so they had to be checked (no fee i might add) and it help up fine against their rough handling. Made it through the airports 6 times and came home in just as good condition as we left. Fortunately no scuffs or marks from being handled by agents or thrown on the belt or plane, and held a ton of stuff! all the intimates and socks and things were stowed in the zip mesh pocket on the inside, packed shoes in the bottom, then pants, then tops, then hoodie, I am very please with the durability and quality of this piece for a pretty decent price. It did what i needed it to do and did its job well. i really have no complaints about it at all and can't wait to go on another trip with it.

Good Quality for price but smaller than expected.
This is smaller than the size you think it is. It's good. My son used it for camp during the summer multiple times and still looks fine. No rips. Good quality for price.

Nice carry-on suitcase with sad wheels.
I am writing this review after one year and about 6-7 round-trip flights using this as my carryon. Initial review would have been 4 stars, but with the identified wheel issue, dropped to 3. Overall I liked it--it was very light, built decently well given its light weight and cost, and the zippers and outer fabric appear to be nice and durable... but the wheels were never very good. Wobbly from day one with dubiously mounted axles in the plastic housing means that if you have a lot of walking to do while rolling this suitcase, even if it's not heavily loaded, the wheels will eventually fail (in my case, one axle worked its way out of the plastic frame, rendering the suitcase unrollable). If you will always carry it in a wheels-up configuration, this suitcase is a good deal. If you need to "drive" it, though, expect the wobbly wheels to cause minor control issues until one or both fail completely. Pros: Lightweight, good seemingly durable zippers and outer shell fabric, fits nicely into overhead compartments while also being durable enough to be checked in if necessary while still providing lots of storage capacity. Cons: Wheels/axles, handle when extended is a bit wobbly, suitcase has a tendency to topple over when left standing along (almost guaranteed if you expand/extend the storage compartment by using the wrap-around zipper). Case design makes it challenging to replace wheels/axles with more durable alternatives.

Great set!
great little case that fits all airline sizes for a carry on. Light weight and holds a lot and still under the 25 pound airline limit. The small bag is a bit tiny but holds all the essentials and my I-pad and fits under the seat leaving plenty of leg room. Unfortunately, on my last flight I was forced to check the suitcase due to the size of the plane and when it came out on the jet bridge, the front pocket was mostly torn off. Bummer for sure.

Good Bag - Perfect Fit for Airline Carryon Size Requirements
Purchased this for a few trips I was taking. I hadn't flown in a while and my old carry-on luggage was just a little too large for the current size requirements. I purchased the teal luggage. Pros: I was very happy with the color. The size was perfect (fit in the size guide at the airport with no room to spare, so it's as large as it can be without needing to be checked, maximizing my available space). The zippers work well, the inside clips are good and I like that it came with a small bag to keep some of my items separated from others in my luggage. One of my favorite features is the extra handle on the bottom next to the wheels. That makes it so easy to pick up. My old luggage only had one handle on the top. This has the top handle, a side handle and the bonus handle on the bottom. Great design! Cons: Because this has only two wheels instead of four, it tended to tip over. I had nothing breakable in my luggage, so this wasn't a big issue, but I didn't see anyone with a 4-wheeled carry-on having this issue. Of course, there's a trade-off because with 4 wheels taking up some of your measurable width/depth, you lose packing space, so this is only a semi-problem. Another issue I had was that on both instances of my flight, the airline ran out of room and my carryon had to be checked. After just two flights, I have noticed that the piping is already torn at the corners (see picture). This so far seems to be only cosmetic and not structural, so I plan to continue to use the bag. Some of this may be the construction, but it also may be the way the airlines handle the bag, but I think that luggage should be manufactured with the idea that the airlines are trying to move fast and aren't slowly and carefully moving each piece of luggage. Overall I'm fairly happy with this purchase and did buy a second bag for my husband to use on his trip. He had the same pros/cons that I did so I feel the performance of the luggage is consistent.

Great Luggage for Young Traveler!
We bought the U.S. Traveler Rio Rugged Fabric Expandable Carry-on Luggage Set (camo) for our son and it’s held up extremely well on long flights. The fabric feels tough and reassuring, zips are smooth, and everything stayed intact through airports, overhead bins, and plenty of handling. The expandable section is genuinely useful and makes packing much easier without the bag feeling bulky. Wheels roll well and the handle feels solid, which is important when a younger traveller is using it independently. The camo design is also a plus — easy to spot and doesn’t show marks easily. Overall, it’s practical, durable, and well thought-out, especially for frequent or long-haul travel. Very happy with how it’s performed.
