Noise cancellation was not upto the mark. But overall very good product.

Right earbud is dead
Just received the white earbud (refurbished excellent) - Those have certainly not been tested. Nothing to do with low battery but the right earbud is completely dead even after letting charge for a bit. Not even detectable. Rip-off as this could only be known when refurshing and shamelessly reselling product. Returning and unhappy.

Received a faulty pair
One of the earbuds was not working. So I returned it and got a full refund. Only reason this is not a 1 star is because the refund process was really good
