Apply UV COLOR GEL (White / Black) and cure it under UV/LED lamp. 3. Apply TOP COAT gel DO NOT CURE IT! 4. Use gemstone spoon to apply glitter powder evenly over the WET TOP COAT gel until it has fully covered your nails. 5. Cure DOUBLE the time under UV/LED lamp. 6.
