mens Work Boots

Far and away the best work boot I've found so far. I put 50+ miles on my boots a week, so I'd become used to shoe shopping every 3-4 months with most brands. Gave up on decent ones for a while and bought the cheapest Walmart boots I could find because I was replacing everything too fast. Before last winter I decided I wanted to try a pair of composite toe boots to try and stay a little warmer running around out in the cold, Maelstrom offered the best deal I could find.Here we are 6 months later, and while some of the red detailing has worn off and the back of the inside is showing some wear, I still have a lot of tread left. They're comfortable, although I did add an extra insole. At this point I fully expect to get 2 winters out of them, and I'm hoping to find an option for summer as these just don't breath well enough for running around in 90+ degree weather.The remarks I've seen about the squishy sole that feels like you're walking on gummy bears is accurate, takes some getting used to for sure, but the benefit provided by that is well worth taking the time to adjust. I no longer spend my weekends walking around like I'm 80 years old needing a cane because of how sore my feet are. Maelstrom has a winter boot customer for life, and if I can find a good summer variant I'll never buy another brand. Next time I need hiking boots I'll be ordering a soft toe version of these.

Fit alot better once I replaced the insoles with my orthodics. Couple hours of wear and they broke in. I'm guessing I'll need to replace the shoe strings after a bit. They are not as thick as work boots should have.

It is a boot which i will continue buyjng after this current boot wear off. Base on the price im satisfy with the comfort level n the quality it was made. I worn it for 12hrs straight n no ache felt even on the first day. The room for my toes were spacious. I always Order half size bigger as it fit me very well. (On all industry work boots.)Do not know how good is the water proofing. Will update again. (I need it as it 1of the factor for me)Con: zero arch support(small matter)

Seems to be a sturdy, good looking and functional shoe. Only been wearing them a month or so, but so far they wear well and do their job.Would buy another pair.Update several months later. These shoes are very comfortable, they make walking very easy and they do seem to repel water, snow and slush well. Very happy with these boots. One of the most comfortable boots I've ever worn.

I love the boots but they definitely are not waterproof! they look and feel great but I'm unsatisfied with the claim that the boots are waterproof. Can't even withstand a day working outside in a couple inches of snow (not snowing). I have Merrell hiking boots that are in fact waterproof - these are not!

First off these boots are very comfortable, but they did not have the safety toe as advertised, I returned them.

Not much ventilation. Feet get a little chewed up if I wear them for 10-11 hour work days. Change of socks and not an issue. As for the boot falling apart reviews "shennanigans". I do GC no issues with quality and have upheld foundation pours, tile work, framing, siding. Great ankle support and for my first pair of non steel but composition toe. I will buy again.

Firstly, the boots look great. I immediately felt the quality and durability of the shoe when i tried it on. As far as sizing these seem pretty true to size, I wear a size 15 and i also have a wide foot. They fit perfectly. The laces seem durable as well but we will see. Ive only had them for 2 weeks but i will say i walk 2 miles in them to and from work and im also on my feet all day and they are holding up just fine. They come with great built in insoles so rest assured you can hold off on buying insoles when you get these boots. Ive also walked in the rain and i can say they are definetely waterproof. Will highly recommend.
