hello. Are they printed pattern just to cut the fabric?

Pattern is on tissue paper. You must cut out the pieces needed for the design you select to make then using those pieces, follow the instructions on how to lay out the pattern on your fabric. Envelope will contain a helpful guidance sheet to assist you too with more details.

What sizes correspond to small medium large and extra large???

Typically for infant patterns Small = 13 - 15 pounds and 25-26", Medium = 16-18 Pounds and 27-28", Large = 19-21 Pounds 29 - 30", Extra Large = 22 - 24 Pounds and 31-32" Thanks so much for looking!

THANKS for your question, as I will be placing this (further) information on my amazon Listing. This is a McCall's pattern (16 pcs., in order to make Toddler's dresses/outfits). Although on the front of the pkg. it states "OSZ" One Size, written on the fine-print on the reverse--it states: Combinations: Small/Medium/Large/& X-Large. Dresses, Linings, & Panties: A through H (a total of 6 dresses) Sizes 45", and 60". You will have to correlate these sizes (in inches); to actual Toddler sizes, as this pattern Lists ALL of these: Small/Medium/Large/& X-Large.Hope that this information, helps you, as this is quite an ADORABLE pattern!
