Excellent customer support
I ordered the Meshforce system with 2 dots a while back and it works excellent. Later, I ordered this additional dot for the garage to get a better wifi signal to my Ring flood light camera. This dot would connect to the system, then disconnect itself. I was constantly manually trying to reconnect it. I reached out to customer support with good response time. They had me try some troubleshooting ideas which didn't fix the problem and determined the dot as defective. A new dot was quickly shipped to me and it is working flawlessly now. Kudos to Shay and Rowena for prompt customer support. This is a good product, the wifi signal is excellent and the setup is very simple with an easy to use interface.

A few hiccups but an excellent product.
I struggled adding the new dot. I had to restart the app a couple of times. But got it and am very happy.

Ethernet connection is the killer feature
I used an array of M3 dots to improve connectivity through my house, but every single one is also connected to a device via Ethernet. This I have found to give the best speed and reliability, which is highly useful for TVs for streaming, computers for work, etc. Overall, a bit pricey but a great device.

Not so good
Not as good like the original satellite. I believe it because it an extender. Not a full mesh satellite.

Not a very good machine. Dosen't cover the sf that it says it will.
We have a 3,000 sf house so I bought this one to go with the package of two i putchased to help get a signal in every room including one to use in my studio (that we built right outside of our house in our back yard). Unfortunately the signal keeps dropping. We recently got rid of our cable boxes so now we just run on wifi though our cable company. The TV keeps dropping the wifi and in my studio, its spotty at best. I had high hopes for these as it said it had enough to cover a 3,000 sf house. I'm pretty disappointed in them.

Awesome Interface
Love the ease of set-up and the software and this device did a great job to extend my network

Disconnects
Node connects to mesh force system but drops off after a short time. Tried resetting many times and it works for a while and then disconnects.

inferior product
I installed the basic system and did not get the results I expected so I ordered 2 additional dots and they would not connect to the original system My home is a 2500 sf ranch and I got slower wifi speeds than I had before. I went back to old system and got better reception and it cost a lot less than the Mesh system.
