I’ve been struggling with waking up in the middle of the night with incredibly sore ears for years now. Have tried a variety of things and chucked £20 here and £30 there on pillows hoping it would finally help my weary head finally rest. I finally plucked up the courage/was desperate enough to spend the £60 on this pillow and I am SO glad I did! I have not had sore ears the entire 3 months since I purchased the pillow! Longest record so far in my entire adult life, and looks like it’ll keep going. I spent quite a bit of money at the dentists thinking my sore ears/side of my jaw was due to teeth grinding but since buying the pillow I’ve had no pain. I left off leaving a review for awhile due to wanting to check if it holds up after a bit. Other memory foam pillows got incredibly hard or really flat after 1 month, but I’m very relieved to report that this pillow continues to be soft and pliable as of 3 months in. Good ‘bounce-back-ability’. I switch between side and back sleeping so when I’m on my back, the centre middle bit is low enough where I’m able to lie comfortably without having a big kink in my neck. When sleeping on my side, I pull the pillow closer and slightly to an angle to its higher walls on the outer edges and it helps keep my head inline with my spine (and I’ve got fairly broad shoulders-ranking in as a 5’9” female). The extra pads are excellent and I use both of them. The pillow’s not the prettiest thing in the world, but I am more than happy to showcase it and tell people how great the funny looking pillow is because of how well rest I am now! 10/10 highly recommend for anyone struggling with sore ears/not finding a pillow soft enough while also giving support as a side sleeper. Side note: the customer service has been above and beyond and I can’t thank the company enough! (Not sponsored or paid. Just an average random customer in the U.K. who stumbled on this pillow on Amazon during a frantic restless night and truly appreciative of the better night’s sleep!)

Bought this because I use earplugs and sometimes my ears hurt because of pressure. It solved that problem but it created a million others. This is the softest pillow ever created not able to support anything!! Even if you use all the extra support the pillow will not support your head properly unless if you are a child or a very lightweight person. Id you are on the heavier side (I weight 90kg) and have wide shoulders (swimmer and gymnastics for years) this pillow will not support your head and it will cause severe pain from your neck up to your lower back. Thank god they allow you to return it back with no charges which I just did.

This is the best pillow that I have ever bought. It is not cheap, however, I am sleeping much better and not waking up with a stiff neck. I put this down to the design and properties of the materials in the pillow as a whole. An important feature of the pillow are the height adjusters which I found very helpful to find the correct neck alignment. It took me a little while to get used to this pillow as it is smaller than your standard sized pillow, however it has been worth persevering. The main reason why I bought this pillow was that I was looking for a pillow that would allow me to wear earbuds comfortably while sleeping. I am a light sleeper and can easily be brought out of my sleep by background noises. However, I have always found wearing earbuds with a normal pillow to be very uncomfortable. This pillow, with its two ear cutouts allow me to wear earbuds very comfortably throughout the night. The quality of my sleep has genuinely improved. I also wear a hearing aid and this can at times result in discomfort in my ear with prolonged wearing. Again the ear cutouts take the pressure off the ear when sleeping. Are there any issues? Only one. The finish on the height inserts that I received were not quite the same as advertised in the picture or company website. This does not affect the overall quality of the product but it is something that I feel the company should put right as it is sometimes mentioned in online reviews of the pillow. I have brought this to the attention of the company and they have been very positive in their response to my comment. This is a great product and deserves five stars. I really do hope others will find it as beneficial as I have.

It looked nicely made etc but way too soft for me, my head almost was flat on the bed (maybe heavy head!!) so I returned and went back to the original pillow I was using

I'm writing this review after having the pillow since Nov 2019. I often find that a product you love when you first get you often find the flaws of after a few weeks and so best not to review straight away. I can honestly say I love the pillow. It has removable inserts to adjust the height and it did take me a while to figure out which height I preferred and it did take a little while to get used to. I couldn't give it up now though. It's great for side sleepers - no more sore ears. It supports my neck when sleeping on the side. It's not really designed for lying on your back but actually I've found that works for me too. If you mostly sleep on your back this isn't the pillow for you though. It is soft but I like that. I've tried other memory foam pillows and they are just too firm and uncomfortable. This is truly the best pillow I've ever used. I've also found the customer service pretty good. They do seem to want to please and go the extra mile. They may well be having their own supply problems (who isn't these days?) but they do make an effort and definitely want to make your experience good. Go for it.

The pillow is great at distributing the pressure across the face, just as advertised. I highly recommend it if you're a notorious side sleeper. If you're sleeping on the back, the pillow might be a little too high for you and result in neck problems – it seems to have resulted in some neck pain for me, even though this problem isn't huge for me – and if you're sleeping on the belly, the shape of the pillow might cause problems with the pressure against the face for sensitive people. The holes work OK for me, but I do have a feeling that they are a little too high up on the pillow for maximum comfort based on my anatomy (which is quite average). The customer service of the seller was absolutely superior.

This is the only pillow that I can actually get some sleep with . My ears don't hurt now and it's very comfortable. It hasnt split as some reviews have said it has always had splits from the ear holes it's the design not a fault.

Less than two months since I bought this pillow - but outside of the return window - it broke. You can see that it closely matches the breaks seen in the photos posted by another reviewer. For something I paid £45.99, I really expected it to last much, much longer. I emailed the company, but got no reply. Buyer beware.

You get what you pay for. Pricey but very comfortable. I was a bit surprised that the “main” pillow with the holes in it was much thicker than the other 2 inserts. Too thick for me actually. The inserts don’t have holes and are much thinner. So I just cut holes in the two thin inserts with a box cutter, inserted them into the pillowcase provided which has holes, and used them over a regular pillow. Even 1 small insert would suffice if used this way. It solved my problem of earbuds pressing into my ears as a side sleeper. Added bonus is the 1 (or 2) thin inserts can be used for travel. They take up very little room in luggage and can be used over a hotel pillow.

Oreiller arrivé déchiqueté, dans un emballage lambda qui laisse supposer que qu'il n'est pas neuf. Le confort y est mais malheureusement mon oreille est très vite aspirer par le trou et donne une sensation d'otite douloureuse puisque l'oreiller n'est pas percé totalement.. Dommage le confort y était car très très moelleux ( version souple).

I had looked at these pillows before, early in my quest to avoid ear pain from using the Bose Sleepbuds system. At the time, I had settled on the rectangular pillow (made by the same company) which has a single hole in the middle. It worked out well, but during nights when I'd toss and turn more than usual, my ear would miss the hole and I'd wind up with... yeah, you guessed it: sore ears. Because of other shortcomings of the Bose Sleepbuds, I had given up using them. Recently I decided to try the Sleepbuds again--but I also wanted to address the missed-ear-hole thing. I decided that I'd try this pillow after all. I now wish I'd have started off with this pillow. If you're put off by the "poofy game controller" look, hey, I was right there with you. That's the main reason why I had passed it up previously--I didn't think I'd be able to sleep on such a thing, and forget about finding pillowcases. The thing is, it's small enough that you can use a larger standard pillowcase with it (you'll have to scrunch some of it into the ear holes, but it works), and the pillowcase that comes with this pillow is washable. And as for the shape? Well... think about the pillow you're using now. As a fellow side-sleeper, I'll bet that when you lay down upon it, the edges spring up in front of your face and you have to spend time knocking it back down. You won't have that problem with this pillow. It's also very supportive of your face--and you effortlessly get the same experience when you roll over. What's more, the position of the earholes (and the fact that there's more than one of 'em) means less time spent with your ears missing said holes. Pretty neat deal. From my very first night using this, I've had zero problems with drifting off to sleep. Hard to ask for anything more, really. The pillow is adjustable in height, thanks to foam spacers which can be added inside the pillowcase. If you're like me and have broad shoulders, you can of course also simply place this pillow on top of another pillow. You have options, and options are a good thing. While using sleep earbuds has its problems, pillows like this help to alleviate some of them. If that's the boat you're currently rowing, I couldn't recommend this pillow highly enough. Give it a try!
