For the ko katana how long is the handle? i want to make sure before i purchase it.

I don't have the sword to hand - it was a gift for my niece. However a the Sword Buyer's Guide store listing (they are sold out) in the technical specs they list the tsuka length as 12-1/4 inches which fits with my memory of handling the sword before I gave it to my niece.

Does the blade come sharpened ??

Yes, I didn't test it but when cleaning the blade it sliced my cloth - I was quite careful to keep my fingers away from the edge.
