I’m really happy with this kettle. The glass design looks very elegant, and it’s nice to watch the water boil. It heats up quickly and is ready in just a few minutes. The automatic shut-off feature makes it feel safe, and it’s very easy to use. The handle is comfortable, and pouring is smooth with no mess. It’s perfect for daily use, especially for tea and coffee. Great quality for the price, definitely recommend 🤍

Oh my goodness we love this kettle. It fits a lot more water than the Ovente we used to have. Heats quickly and keeps the water hot/warm for over an hour. Great price and looks fine on the counter. Doesn't change the taste of the water. Easy to clean with vinegar from time to time. We use ours daily. I like the easy fill top, too.

I needed a kettle in a hurry, and I chose this one because it had the quick boil wattage (1500W), and it would ship fast. I wasn't really interested in the pour-through lid. But it turns out that I love the convenience of that lid. My last kettle had a flip lid, which sometimes caused the water to splatter if I accidentally missed my target. This is a piece of cake. And since the lid comes all the way off for cleaning, it is much easier than a flip lid. And I really like the feature that keeps the kettle switch on, even if I take it off the base. When the water is getting close to simmering, I pick up the kettle and use the hot water to preheat my teapot. When I put the kettle back on the base, it continues heating until it boils, and I can pick it up again to pour the boiling water on my tea. I don't have to hit the switch again to keep it heating. But it has an auto shut-off, so if I get distracted and don't notice it's boiling, it will turn off and no risk of boiling dry. This has a nice large capacity, so that's enough water to preheat the teapot and brew a full pot of tea as well. I've only had it for a month, so I haven't seen any of the issues some other reviewers have noticed. Also, I've never had an issue with the handle being too hot to pick up as some have mentioned. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase.

works great, but it's big. bonus: the cap can be removed, making it simpler to clean. I was looking for a smaller kettle with fully removable top, no plastic, and low wattage (so I can plug in anywhere without worry). Because a kettle like that does not exist, this way bigger one has been the closest and is working great!

I received the kettle in heavily worn packaging, which suggested it may have been a previously returned or used item. When I tested it by boiling water, it failed to switch off automatically as it should — making it clearly defective.

i Have had this kettle for 2 months now and it started smelling very weird, like burning electrical, then the handle was hotter and hotter everyday, until I could not pour the water out of the kettle without an oven mitt, and then it started smoking slightly from the handle. I’m currently dealing with the company and the warranty, they are willing to uphold the warranty which it great, I just hope that I will soon have a working kettle.

It worked perfectly for about the first month and then the light stopped working and now the kettle doesn't shut off on it's own and will keep boiling until I'm afraid the handle is about to melt. The prontofill lid is very handy and it does boil water quickly though. warranty has not been honoured..

This product performed as expected for about 8 months, then it just stopped working. I contacted the company and they responded quickly but their solutions were extremely poor. Option 1 - as I was an international customer, I would need to pay for shipping out a replacement but the price was almost what I paid for the original. Option 2 - I could have it shipped somewhere in the USA ... I live in Canada and there is this little issue called covid at the moment. Neither is really a good option, if you sell something then you should back it up. How does a kettle stop working after less than a year? My last kettle lasted like 15. Poor quality product and poor quality warranty.
