how long is each of the 5 loops?

They are STRETCHED on a 4 1/2 inch card, separated, 8 to a card. To remove each loop, you should flex the card and slide your WHOLE hand, palm down, through the gap between the card and the loop you're removing. Only when the loop is over your thumb and fingers and on the back of your hand should you continue sliding your hand forward, so that it comes off the card and around your wrist. The loops are extremely elastic, and if removed from the card as a single strand, not as a loop around your wrist it will curl up into a tiny ball, unable to be recovered as a loop, or used for anything.
