Good toothpaste,

I really like this, I can't find a better toothpaste with sodium fluoride. I alternate it with Kingfisher Mint with fluoride (although this contains a different type of fluoride) as I feel that cleans a bit better, probably due to the lack of surfactants in this one. I stopped using fluoride as I read a lot of negative things about it, but I had bad sensitivity so I went back to using it and after a few weeks it improved greatly, so I would recommend either of the mentioned toothpastes if you have sensitive teeth. I used to use the Urtekram with the hydroxyapatite and no fluoride as I read about it being just as good, but it did not have the same effect on my teeth sensitivity.

Taste not very nice and not sure if it dose what its supposed to do as I had to stop using it as my teeth started to go a bit yellowish

The concentration of Fluoride in fluoridated toothpaste is much lower than the toxic levels to damage your liver, kidney, stomach, or brain. The ingredients include aloe vera, myrrh and magnolia bark extract that help protect your gums and provide additional care. I alternate this toothpaste with a flouride free one.

Tastes like other natural, minty toothpaste, cleans well and no colouring in the paste itself. The tube is smaller than others on the market, but overall a good all rounder that I will buy again.

Sent by mistake but I gave it a go. Causes irritation, unable to return as for some strange reason amazon won`t accept it even thought return submitted within the required time frame. Very disappointed

Elegí esta pasta buscando una opción más saludable, sin flúor ni sulfatos agresivos. Me gusta su sabor suave y la sensación de limpieza que deja. No hace tanta espuma como otras pastas comerciales, pero me compensa por la tranquilidad de saber que no lleva ingredientes perjudiciales. Ideal para quienes priorizan lo natural.

Update 11/23: nicht mehr die beste; es gibt jetzt Zahncremes ohne bedenkliche Inhaltsstoffe die neben Fluorid den Wirkstoff Hydroxylapatit enthalten. Immer noch eine gute Zahnpasta aber nun zu teuer. Ich habe lange nach einer Zahncreme gesucht, die keine bedenklichen Inhaltsstoffe - wie Titandioxid - enthält und trotzdem Fluorid enthält. In der Wissenschaft und bei Zahnärzten herrscht praktisch Konsens, dass Fluoride in Zahncremes äußerst wichtig und in der Menge nicht schädlich ist. Trotzdem enthalten viele Zahncremes - auch dieser Marke - kein Fluorid. Hier wurde dieser Fehler zum Glück nicht gemacht. Weiterhin hat man hier den Zuckerersatzstoff Xylitol verwendet, der laut der aktuellen Studienlage der empfehlenswerteste Zuckeraustauschstoff für Zahncremes ist. Xylit in Zahncremes ist nicht schädlich für die Zähne und fördert womöglich sogar den Speichelfluss. Außerdem sind Calciumcarbonat (kann Dentinkanälchen schließen) und Aloe Vera (gut fürs Zahnfleisch) enthalten. Pfefferminze ist für Frische und antibakteriell. Wieso würde ich also bloß 4 Sterne geben, gäbe es eine Alternative? Das liegt an folgenden vier Punkten: - Die Zahncreme spritzt vergleichsweise stark, wenn man mit einer elektrischen Zahnbürste putzt - Die pH- und RDA-Werte wurden nicht angegeben. Laut "Ecco Verde" sind diese: pH: ca. 8 RDA: 45 Ein pH von 7-8 ist perfekt. Wenn der RDA-Wert stimm wäre das auch gut - ich würde mir aber eine Version mit geringerer Abrasivität wünschen (30) - Viele Stoffe, die gut für die Zähne oder das Zahnfleisch sein sollen sind nicht enthalten. Beispiele sind die Bakterien Lactobacillus paracasei und reuteri und CPP-ACP ("Recaldent"). Derartige Stoffe sind in der Wirkung teilweise vergleichbar mit Fluorid und am besten in Kombination mit diesem. Leider gibt es keine unbedenklichen Zahncremes, die diese enthalten. Wieso? - Der Hersteller vertreibt unverantwortlicherweise Zahncremes ohne Fluorid, ohne darauf hinzuweisen, dass Fluorid in Zahncremes wichtig ist und man solche Zahncremes daher höchstens gelegentlich verwenden sollte. Sollten diese Punkte in einer neuen Version behoben werden hätte die beste Zahncreme der Welt tatsächlich 5 Sterne verdient.
