Excellent, and I'm pushing its limits.
I got the 35L, and it fits slim to medium frames perfectly. 20-30lb loads, depending on the shoot (photographer). It has small details that really go a long way, but are often ignored at this price point. I'll leave the "normal" backpack details to regular reviewers. I'm pushing limits, and you probably want to know what made me choose this bag over my multiple $200+ specialized camera bags. 1: Waist straps. Tip: If you don't know what your iliac crest is, please google it. It makes or breaks waist straps. For my body, the pockets on the straps wrap fully around my iliac crest, so it can sit freely above. This pocket is AMAZING--even if you don't use it, the added surface area alone lets you hold significantly heavier weight, more safely (25+lbs). TL;DR -- I can completely REMOVE the shoulder straps, and the bag holds ALL of the weight on my hips without falling. 2: Molle. Look at the picture. Plenty of points to choose from. 3: Y-Strap. I'm not using this for hiking. It's for photography. The Y-strap adds one extra layer of anti-theft--you simply can't open the rear pockets easily (or at all) without having to undo the Y-strap. 4: Compression straps. They're sturdy and hold. I'm hanging 10lb tripods with wheels on these things. They don't loosen unless I do something stupid. If it can handle the perpendicular tension I'm putting on the strap, I'm pretty confident it can handle the normal use of compression straps. I shoot at events and conventions, so tons of strangers who are strangers to each other. 5: Load lift straps: Very generous range. I wouldn't have been able to get this to comfortably hug my back (while still resting on my hips overall) without this. I use a camera sleeve inside this bag, so I can't get shift heavier items as close to the midpoint as one should for a proper load--these straps help a ton. TIP: If you don't know what I mean by that, I strongly recommend separate reading before trying heavy loads like mine, to avoid strain and injury. 6: Main compartment: It fully opens! As in, the backpack splits in half. If I have this resting on the ground, I can open it fully so I'm not sticking my hands into a dimly lit backpack, feeling for the correct lens/modifier. Some bad (though not a big deal for normal users, I guess?): - Lack of interior anchor points. If it DID have anchor points, one could use straps/velcro to suspend delicate equipment against falls. OR better position heavier items, for heavy load safety. - Non-flexible interior compartment pockets. EX: Those pen holders, card pockets, etc. Higher end bags sometimes have elastic, or padded fabric. Not applicable to me, but may be to you. - Insulation pocket: Nice gimmick, but only really applicable to lighter loads or smaller bladders. Because of its placement, you'll feel it on your back, and in a full load, you can't really shift it to the side to prevent offsetting the central weight. And by now I've written so much, I realize I look like a paid review. I'm not. I just love how perfectly fit this bag is for my needs--I no longer need to carry three separate things for my gear, and am STILL putting less stress on my shoulders and back (Read: My iliac crest comment).

Plenty of space with an insulated compartment
INITIAL REVIEW: This is a review after just a few days of having this bag. I have read longer term reviews that have had some issues, so if that's the case, I'll come back and edit. Overview: I work in law enforcement where shifts can be long, so I carry a wide variety of stuff for my days. I generally have a book or two, paperwork, a planner, flashlights, pens, notebooks, wallet, keys, badge, etc in there all the time. In addition, with this bag, I'm able to carry my lunch. Anything non-refrigerated goes in a main compartment while refrigerated/frozen products go in the insulated section of the bag. I purchased this bag especially for that compartment and it gets the job done. More on that later. There are 2 main compartments that provide plenty of space for books and paperwork with a spot for a laptop or tablet as well. On the front of the bag, there are 2 more pockets, a larger one on bottom and a smaller one on top. Smaller is relative here because I still find it to be plenty spacious. There are also small pouches for miscellaneous items on the waist strap. The straps and back section are padded mesh and are very comfortable. If I had 60 lbs in there I feel it would be wearable even for an extended period of time. The MOLLE straps on here are abundant (I count 54 strap slots) and the top pouch has Velcro for your thin blue line patch. Parachute style pull straps allow the bag to maintain composure even when loaded to less than capacity and expand as necessary to accommodate more gear. Zippers and pulls don't seem to be heavy duty or cheap, just average for a backpack. The insulated area is built for a Camelbak style bladder, and there are clips on the shoulder straps to allow your hose to remain accessible during wear. However, because of the placement of the insulated compartment, bulkier solid items (ie. water bottles etc) would protrude into your back, which could be especially uncomfortable if worn for a longer period. I only carry mine to my post and then set it down, so this is not a huge issue for me. Pros: -Plenty of space, multiple compartments -Comfortable to wear -Expandable or compressible as necessary Cons: -Insulated pouch is not very deep, prohibiting larger items from fitting comfortably -Insulated area location makes it impractical for longer wear storage of solid items -If you really want a tactical bag, the reflective strips on the shoulder straps could be seen as a con Summary: So far, this bag is everything I wanted and needed. Plenty of space, comfortable, and has an insulated pocket. For the price, I think you'd be hard pressed to beat this bag. Even with the minor cons, I still give this bag 5 stars.

Great backpack, great price. Took all across Egypt.
This is a great back pack. If you're a bigger guy, 6'2" 325lbs this belt fit around my waist with room to spare. There are plenty of compartments. Zip po er have held up great. The insulated compartment is very good. The small compartment on top is good for wallet, passport and phone. There are shoulder strap rings and clips for your water camel (bladder). Several inner compartments for pens, maps, passports or wallets. Space to use as a carry bag with the side sinches let all the way out. I have a battery with a belt clip on it and I clipped it into the hole for the water bag and got a 8 foot phone cord and never needed a charge and never had a dead phone all through my trip to Egypt. Also the bag will sinch down very thin with all the tie downs. Shoulder straps are comfortable to wear over one shoulder or the correct way. I can't say enough good things about this backpack its, great. Oh and of course, the price is better than every other one I've seen. I got a $9 bladder to add to this. Not the one Amazon recommended I didn't luks the way the water comes out on that one. See my reviews to see that one. ***I got no discount nor am I affiliated with this company.**

Overall good quality for the price, but there were a couple issues.
Overall a pretty good product. I enjoy the size and many storage areas. The insulation in the camel back area is awesome, helps for when I decide to walk to the grocery store with the cold items. The two issues I noticed that stood out to me are the lack of the straps being secured at the end to prevent slipping. I had to super glue the ends and use Bobby pins to secure the loose straps. Seems like a small fix for the maker to do, to create a big difference for the buyer. Also the stitching on the top of the bag was looser than I would expect for a bag that is marketed for outdoor/tougher use than just a work/school bag. All in all we will have to see how this holds up. I did enjoy the fit and amount of storage it has when I took it on a 4 mile round trip from home to the grocery store and back. I did also buy a water pouch by the same manufacturer and it works well and doesn’t have that awful chemical smell that my previous water pouch had. That also goes for the bag not having the super chemical smell. Will update if there is any further issues, but overall I find this backpack to be a pretty good item and while not matching the high end makers, it provides a cost effective alternative that gives folks who don’t want to or can’t afford fancy/well marketed items a suitable alternative.

Solid bag, exactly what I wanted and thought I was getting
Just got it in and I have to say for the money it looks like a really solid bag. Could have done without the blue lives matter patch installed onto it out of the box (really? That went into the garbage immediately) but bag seems really sturdy and it is exactly what I was expecting. Not too big not to small. Good travel bag (for me) on a day hike or short trip to pack or primarily for me to take with me on my school-work regiment 14 hour days. Lots of storage. Looks like just want I wanted and is true to the picture. Seems sturdy. Zippers are nylon (probably?) so other reviews about breaking is probably true but knowing that just don’t overstuff it. The zipper will not hold probably long. For the money seems like a really cool bag. Good look. Feels good loaded on my back. I looked it over for problems and it’s really solid. Would definitely recommend to someone who was looking for a bag in this price and size point.

Great value for the price! Use this as my daily motorcycle backpack.
Purchased this with very low expectations given the price and others I’ve purchased in the past. I was quite shocked with the quality of the bag. The buckles are solid, there is plenty of storage room, and there are buckles and straps everywhere. I have had this for about a month now and use this regularly as my backpack when I ride my motorcycle and it has given me zero problems. All the straps and buckles have actually made this very easy to hook up to my motorcycles sissy bar. There are many ways to adjustment the straps and buckles so that even if it is heavy it doesn’t strain your back. Very impressed!

Great all-around backpack!
So far I love everything about this backpack. I originally purchased it for day-hiking, looking for something larger than my "large" hydration pack, but smaller than my 90L camping backpack. This backpack is perfect for me. I ended up using it the first time on a two-night Boy Scout car-camping trip and due to it's expansion capability, it held everything I needed for the weekend perfectly (no food or tent this time though). Yet, with the compression straps, when I use it to day-hike, it can become as small as I need it to be. The outside pockets allowed me to keep all my items organized, instead of having to dig for something I was looking for. The shoulder straps and waist belt seem very comfortable, with plenty of adjustments. The separate, lined hydration pouch held my 3L water bladder just fine. The quality seems very good as well.

3-day Tactical Pack is versatile.
I truly love this 3-day tactical pack. It has an insulated compartment that is accessed from the outside. It holds a 2.5 liters water bladder perfectly. It has two large compartments that hold a 4 days of food, cooking utensils, 4 days of tee shirts, socks, underwear, toiletries, hammock, tarp, hammock straps, and a solar charger. Combined with the two outer compartments, it will hold all the rest of your gear. There is room on the exterior for a tent, sleeping bag, mat, walking poles, a hatchet, saw, and large knife. The hip pads are great with large pockets. The chest straps are fully adjustable. I even added a trauma kit via the molle webbing. Did I forget the camp stoves? They're in there, too.

Kleines Platzwunder
Robust, viel Stauraum. Hier bekommt man was fürs Geld.
