Land Rover Genuine OEM Orange Coolant

If you own a Land Rover, this is the coolant I wanted to use rather than taking a chance on a generic product. This is Genuine Land Rover XLC coolant, part number LRN2279, and it has a surprisingly broad range of applications. Fitments include Range Rover, Range Rover Sport, Range Rover Evoque, LR2, LR3, LR4, Discovery, Freelander, and select Defender models, depending on the year and engine. I especially like that it arrived in sealed, factory-style packaging. The container was clean, properly capped, and gave me confidence that I was getting an unopened product rather than something that had been sitting around in a partially opened container. This is the concentrated formula, so remember that it needs to be diluted with distilled water before use rather than poured in straight. I used it for my 2018 Land Rover Range Rover Sport L494 and really like having the genuine-spec coolant on hand for future maintenance. If you're working on your own Land Rover and want to stick with the proper coolant specification, this is a great option—as long as you verify LRN2279 against your specific year and engine before ordering.

You have a Land Rover (I have an LR4 and 95 RRC) and you want oem fluids. I get it. This is the way to go. Works great.

Make sure to use distilled water for the mixture

This coolant is an exact match for the coolant specified for 2006 onward Aston Martin whic specified the Havoline OAT coolant.

My Range Rover lights up for low coolant once and while and I’ve been just driving to the dealer to get it topped off! Which ends up taking me about 2 hours drive with waiting.. so I found this and followed the 1 for 1 parts coolant to distilled water ratio! No more alert on my range! And saves me time ! And the seller was great at responding to a question I had about mixing ratio!

This is a coolant specified for certain high performance engines. Do not mix it with older coolant types. This branded one is diluted before adding it so it does go further than the volume in the container. There are alternatives on the market like Havoline and a few others that meet the specs for the engine.
