At 200W, it's not the most powerful appliance, so keep that in mind. It works as described. It makes rice in around 35 minutes but what I like most is the flexibility to use all sorts of bowls and mugs that can handle heat to cook. I literally make a bowl of rice using a rice bowl. The best part of this little machine is that the cover is just high enough for me to fit a mug to make golden milk without much effort. The milk does not scorch so no stirring is involved. It's also a great steamer. Just make sure to give it time, as it's not cooking at super high heat, especially when adding the second level. I usually leave it on for an hour when I use the second level so make sure you start the cooking/reheating with plenty of time.

Perfectly steams all kinds of food in less time. Has three dishes too it and is compact enough to take to work. Everyone in the office has taken note of the Electric Lunchbox and has purchased one now. This is an amazing product!!
