Replaced old valve to fix the backwash since filter was not cleaning the pool.

Poor quality and no response to my question
The media could not be loaded. The housing developed a crack after 4 months of use and is leaking quite a bit (see the photos and short video). I sent a message to the company, Unbeatable Sale, but they never responded. The original valve lasted about 20 years. This replacement didn't even last through the first season. I'm very disappointed.Don't waste your money. There are better options out there.
