Good job
I actually took a risk in buying a refurbished iPad but I wanted one and I couldn’t afford a new one and so far I have no complaints. It works perfect no noticeable damage. Nothing it was just like a brand new iPad and I’m enjoying it value for the money and the speed of it is very fast so I would recommend if you wanted to get a iPad at a reasonable price refurbish. They did a good job I like it thank you.

Don’t waste your money
So I purchased with this company a month ago. It was a Christmas gift for my daughter. When I received it I opened it to make sure everything came as in the description, make sure it properly worked, and set it up so she wouldn’t have to herself. Well I couldn’t turn it on because it was completely dead. I charged it for 3 hours and it never fully charged. Fast forward to Christmas. It was never powered back on until Christmas and when she powered it on it was at 50%. I also purchased 2 Apple Pens and neither will pair to the iPad but works on mine and my MacBook, so I know it’s not the pens. Now it glitches, don’t hold a charge, and powers off at 12%. I also purchased a 2 year warranty but by it being a recent purchase, I was told to contact seller. I’ve called and messaged seller and no response. We are very disappointed! I will never purchase a refurbished product again.

Worked Out of the Box
Worked right out of the box, with about 30% battery when I immediately turned it on. Charger works great. After updating to iOS 15.8.3, it has about 6gb left over for apps, which might not be a lot for some, but is plenty for my uses. All I had left to do was buy a cheap iPad cover and I was completely good to go. No complaints!

SO FAR, SO GOOD. AS EXPECTED.
Ordered this refurbished iPad Air 2 for my girlfriends birthday. It has only been 5 hours of her having the product and I’ll update this review in a week or so. AS OF NOW- iPad is 100% unlocked, signed into Apple ID perfectly fine, it updated to the most current update being 14.4 successfully, restored from old back up perfectly. There is NO lagging everything is effective, finger print works, connects to wifi, downloads all apps she needed being Cricut and procreate. Battery was on 60 when received she charged it up and it’s been perfect with the battery life. It does have a crack on the screen but she’s so happy she hardly notices it. I’ll update later with a review on performance in a week. Don’t be discouraged by bad reviews, take your chance. I have a MacBook Air I have refurbished for almost a year now and I will always take my chances. Thank you company and Amazon! apple pen and the keyboard do not come with this iPad I ordered separately via Amazon as well! 1+ month UPDATE: bought the ipad feb 7th - a little over a month and it is truly amazing. the battery life is OK. it doesn't hold a charge for long but it charges so it works. still updates with new system updates, downloads apps, connects to wifi, its quick. bought a case to go along with it and you cant see the TINY scratches it comes with. if you want to be satisfied, you'll find a way to be.

Was a little weary ordering an iPad that had been previously used but the item I received was in absolute fantastic condition. Could not fault the transaction and the seller’s communication and reply’s were the very best I’ve experienced. Needles to say I’ve since purchased another for my daughter. Highly Recommend

Great and exceeded all expectations
It came earlier than expecerd! And also had little scuffing on the side but overall exceeded my expectations of what a refurbished device could do. However the charging cable that was supplied did not work with the iPad coming up with a 'this accessory is not supported' which was a bummer because I spent a little extra buying this iPad as it had a charger. Overall superb device

Broken
A week after the warranty expired, the iPad stopped working. Doesn't charge. Once in a while when it's plugged, it powers on and the battery goes from 0% to 15% in 2 seconds then shuts off again, and stays off. I bought 2 of them and I regret it
