I had to get a tap tool to fix the bottom bracket threads on my mountain bike. I used this cutting fluid and the results were excellent. Perhaps another lubricant like WD-40 would have done as well on this job, but I didn't want to take chances. Keep a bottle near your taps!

This stuff is great. Good quality and doesnt burn off quickly. Just like the stuff my grandpa used to bring home from the machine shop to sharpen our knives with.

I live where the air hurts your face a third the year, went to use it and it was frozen up. When i was able to use it prior to winter it seemed to work well. Just wish they'd add glycol or something to prevent it freezing.
