does this refill fit the Litter Genie PIus?

Well the cartridge fits fine, but the plastic bag is exactly the same length as the one for the regular litter genie so there is little benefit to buying the plus or XL litter genie. Why they can't make one with a longer bag for the longer canister is just cheap. Really is frustrating and misleading advertising. And, on purpose, they have changed the shape of the top of the XL one so the other brand bag (that is long enough) won't fit any more. Im very unhappy with them!

Do the bags have a smell. Both my cat and I are sensitive. This doesn't have fragrance to block out the odor does it?

No, the bags don't have a smell. But whatever they put in the bag to block the odor works. There is no smell from the cat waste once it is in the bag. Works great!

Do these bags fit the Litter Champ Disposal System? I can no longer find those bags on Amazon after buying them for years.

The supplier of the Litter Champ refill bags assured me that they are still available and should be back at Amazon in the next month or two. I found them at another website for about the same price.

Can someone tell me how the bag is attached at the top?

The bag is plastic which is attached all around the main part. You pull down the desired length of plastic to form the bag for litter ) I use about "14-16" ititially when I first the process then tie knot that will. E the bottom the bag. When bag is full, open the lid, pull down on bag for desired length then pull un tied or top of bag thru cutter Start all over againSure beats cleaning the old litter boxes.Sam
