It really helped
I recommend this. I was dizzy with ringing ear. This works well. It did take some time but I am better now.

Mixed feelings.
My mother says it works miracles. Me--it doesn't work at all. Not sure if it's just a placebo effect that's working on my mother or because my symptoms are stronger than hers. No way to determine.

Didn't work for me
I was hoping this might help my tinnitus but unfortunately I did not get any relief . I am glad that it seems to help others.
