METHYL B12 in only name on the bottle not methylcobalamin B12, company cheating the costumers 100%,

The product seems genuine, but I haven’t been using it long enough to comment on the results. However, the taste isn’t very good, which affects the overall experience. Also, the product feels quite expensive for what it offers. The packaging looks basic and doesn’t give a premium feel, especially considering the high price. Overall, the ingredients are good, but the taste, packaging, and value for money could be much better.

I follow palak notes and her pieces of advice for the betterment of my health. I got to know about this particular product by palak notes and I thought of giving it a try and to my astonishment its really doing wonders to my body. It's like a health supplement. the changes m noticing after having it twice daily since a week now are 1. high energy in the morning 2. fatigue in day time office hours has considerably decreased 3. also backaches while PMSing has also reduced considerably.
