Good but...
It's good and it does the job but makes a tiny portion of popcorn and then you have to wait 15 minutes for it to cool down so you can use it again. It's my first ever popcorn maker so I don't know it that's what they do. It's very easy and quick to make the popcorn but as you make it it goes flying everywhere and some kernels come out unpopped. The kids love it though.

Poppingly good!
This is a great little machine. I bought the 40g size and it is perfect to make two large bowls of popcorn. It's quite noisy but it only takes about 4 minutes so it's not too much of an issue. It does seem to throw out quite a lot of unpopped corn but I just put it back in on the next use. Good value for the price.

Popcorn cooked without oil
The popcorn maker advertised 1200 watts but it is 900watts. Quite a lot of popcorn come out unpopped. 40g is enough for 1-2 people Cooks a batch of 40grams in a speed of 3-4 minutes. Each time you make popcorn have to wait 15mins to make the next 40g. Easy to clean, taste very dry,

Good fun. Shame about the ‘chewy’ taste.
The oil gives pan made popcorn taste, and the ones made in this popcorn maker have no ‘taste’. It also makes them rather chewy. The children didn’t eat all of them because of this, despite salt or a touch of sugar. We have reduced the amount we make each time, knowing they wont eat as much as normal as it’s got that chewy thing going on. Shame cos it’s really fun when it starts popping. It starts slowly and by time it’s hot they start flying out all over the place and the children run round like lunatics cramming them into the bowl. It really is good fun but you must have a big bowl ready underneath cos once it starts there is no way to stop it, and the popcorn just keeps coming fast and furious. Shame about the taste!!

Disappointing Popcorn Maker: Foul Taste and Inconvenient Plug
I purchased this popcorn maker on August 28, 2024. Initially, it was fantastic—made decent popcorn, and while the capacity was small, it was enough for one, maybe two people. However, about two months ago, I noticed a batch tasted awful. I assumed it was the popcorn itself, so I bought a fresh bag. It was slightly better, but still not great. Since then, no matter what brand I use, the popcorn has a foul taste. Additionally, the plug is not an Australian standard and requires an adapter, which is quite inconvenient. Overall, it started off well but has become unusable, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
