Don't miss the first epic She-Ra and the Princesses of Power graphic novel, based on stories by showrunner Noelle Stevenson! Even after everything that's happened, the world outside the Horde's walls is still a strange one to Adora. Each day she's learning more about her growing powers as She-Ra, including something new: the ability to heal corrupted runestones. Runestones are the magical source from which princesses like Frosta, Mermista, and Perfuma draw their power, but Glimmer knows of another runestone -- one with a dark past. Long ago a fire princess ruled the lands to the west, until her thirst for power corrupted her, and led to the ruin of her kingdom. Glimmer thinks the lost fire runestone could give the Rebellion an edge in the fight against the Horde, but claiming this ancient power won't be easy... especially not when the Horde has their eyes set on the same prize.Don't miss this original graphic novel based on stories by She-Ra showrunner and New York Times bestselling author Noelle Stevenson, with script by Gigi D.G. and art by Paulina Ganucheau! Review: Great addition to the show - This book is set between the second and third seasons of the show and has a really nice art style (they do soften the curves of characters chins though!). The story is self contained and has a mixture of laughs and action and pulls both off well. A fine addition to anyone yearning for more character interaction :) desertcart deliveries are always a bit squiffy with books/comics though, be sure to return them straight away if they arrive damaged, it's unacceptable but they only learn through feedback - people erroneously lower star ratings to do with bad delivery - use the feedback section for deliveries instead! Review: Good gift for your She-ra loving friend! - Beautiful art, the quality of the pages and front cover is really good too! Fun little story if you already love the She-ra show and want to see more of the characters. Would recommend picking it up!

Great Story, Art and Colours, but It's Scuffed...
The comic book just arrived and I am so, so happy with it. Honestly, I could not ask for better, vibrant colours and story. Honestly, I am a bit miffed though, as the comic is scuffed in several places. I would not expect this from such a huge franchise, and although this doesn't change my attitude towards the story, it would be nice to know that they took a bit more care with their delivery.

Meh
It's alright. For a kid who is obsessed with She-Ra, this would be great. However, as an adult who is a fan of the show, I'm not overly impressed with the story. It's a bit simple and doesn't have a very satisfying ending. Also, the outside of the book was all scuffed. Not worth the money I paid.

Bellissima

Feels Like a Legit Episode That Takes Place Late into the 2nd Season
I'm a huge fan of She-Ra, recently finished the series and was excited to hear about this book. I can be very picky about comic adaptations of a cartoon show (I feel like they tend to fall out of character, or don't add much to the overall story since you need to be able to watch the show without them). However everyone felt in character, the art is nicely done and feels close enough to on-model, the story was fun to read and showed some additional depth to the characters. I would say if you're watching the show actively, then read this when you're about halfway through the second season for it to fit in continuity, but it's still an enjoyable read no matter where you are in the series. It also has some nice dynamic between Catra and Scorpia (and I'm a big Scorpia fan so that was a + for me), but it also has all of the princesses and their interactions are also nicely done. Definitely worth considering. I don't think you'd be disappointed.
