We have received our Tabasco Raspberry Chipotle Sauce from Tabasco. They included a complimentary bottle of their other new product Tabasco Buffalo Sauce. Shipping was the standard for Tabasco, well packed, no damage and speedy shipment. I wanted to try this sauce because it was reported to be milder than many of the other Tabasco sauces and my wife has a thing for Raspberry. This is a fairly mild sauce with very fruit forward flavor. The raspberry hits first but the mild heat and smoke from the chipotle comes through. The sauce has a very balanced flavor. With the fruit flavor coming through so quickly you almost expect the sauce to be sweet for a second, but it is not. This is very good for eggs, fish, poultry or cheese dishes. I will be ordering more shortly because I would like to experiment with using this sauce as a base for a venison jerky marinade.

If you enjoy Raspberrys,this hot sauce has the best flavor -heat I ever had.Love it on fresh fruit sounds very strange like Emerald Lagassi says BAM. Try worth it.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Unique blend and wanted to try something new. Pairs well with some foods but not others. Would reorder.

I like a little heat, but I don't want it taking my head off. To me, Tabasco hits the right balance of heat and smokiness without being bitter and has always been my go-to when seeking heat.. I just recently discovered the Raspberry Chipotle and I absolutely LOVE the taste of this. The first note you taste is the sweetness of the raspberry, followed by mild heat from the Chipotle. It doesn't leave your mouth burning - just leaves a pleasant "warmth". I bought it on a whim but then had to figure out what to use it on. My garden is going bonkers right now, with Chocolate Cherry tomatoes and cukes coming in almost every day. Sliced a cuke, halved some maters and fine chopped some red onion and tossed in a handful of Craisens and toasted pine nuts., I mixed a basic vinaigrette with white balsamic vinegar and olive oil, added some fine snipped chives, parsely and purple basil. a little RealSalt Kosher salt and a few drops of the Raspberry Chipotle. Hubby is not a big salad fan, nor does he like heat - but this one was a home run - even with a little heat!.

Amazon wouldnt let me give less than three stars. This is a one star at best. There is no heat might as well just buy raspberry vinegar. Tastes the same. Don't waste your cash.

Awesome sauce!

I'm a big fan of the Tabasco Chipotle so I figured I'd try this out when I placed my recent Tabasco replacement order. The ingredients start with the standard Chipotle sauce ingredients and then they add rasberry puree along with a few other fruits. The sauce is sweeter than your standard Chipotle but it has a nice balance between sweet and tangy. Also, I order my TABASCO sauces directly from TABASCO via Amazon. You will have to look at all of the sellers offering the product to find the one called "Tabasco Brand Products" and add that to your cart. It may cost a little more but it ships from Avery Island. The sauce is pretty fresh and is typically only a couple of months from when it was bottled.
