How do you wash this?

Dear Customer, thank you for your question. All our cherry pit pillows can be machine washed and dried. Select medium temperature setting. It is recommended that the pillow be washed and dried with some towels or clothes of similar color to prevent it from hitting the drum walls during the cleaning and drying cycle.

Can this be put in freezer?

Dear Brad, yes, our Cherry Pi Pillows can be cooled in the freezer. Leave it in the freezer for at least half an hour or longer, if you like. We hope you will enjoy your Cherry Pit Pillow.

Can this be heated in a towel cabbie?

I'm not sure, but it seems that a towel cabbie might be too moist. I don't think it would damage the pillow, but it would be all wet. Plus it might stain.

My microwave just broke :( Is there any way to heat this in an oven, on a low setting for a few minutes & maybe even wrapped inside aluminum foil?

Dear Customer, thank you for your question. You may heat the pillow in a conventional oven. Please follow the instructions provided with the pillow: Heating in Conventional Oven: Do not warm the pillow in an oven with an open flame. Heat oven to 300-350 degrees and place on a baking sheet or safe cookware. TURN OFF oven and put the pillow on middle rack. NEVER should a pillow be left in an oven while still turned on.
