My boss felt we should stay awhile from styrofoam and this item was a great alternative! Sturdy, very easy to hold in a buffet line. Value was fair- although it was a bit more than we’ve typically paid. Arrived packaged well.I ordered a smaller size and it works better. Be aware that because this cup has ridges on the outside (rather than extra sleeves to prevent the hot from burning your hand) they occasionally are stuck together when the ridges match up wrong. Other than that, these are wonderful cups.

I like the cup and it's actually very sturdy and withstood repeated use. (I just wanted to see how it would hold up) I used the same cup for both not and cold drinks through out the day...like I said, just to 'test' it. The cup did very well. The lid however started not fitting tightly and cracked at the bottom edge where the lid goes over the top rim of the cup. I feel like it only did this because I was reusing it. For use once or twice it was not a problem, so overall I am very happy with the item and would order again.

Without lid on this cup can buckle somewhat when carrying so be careful with it but either way I think this cup is literally dangerous. If you use it for a cold drink it’s fine - but these are meant for hot drinks. You can’t make decent tea or coffee or most hot drinks without boiling water. There’s no point in buying something that isn’t thick enough to stop the cup itself from being too hot. It’s so hot when you pick it up if you don’t have a surface near to put it down instantly you are in BIG trouble because letting go means you could drop it anywhere and it will splash and burn you. It happened to me twice and I assure you it is not a wise purchase. I am not elderly nor do I have balance problems - I would never EVER give these to any older person at all.

These are great because they are all complete insulated cups with longevity and secured insulation in mind. Even the looks are awesome, as they defy 3-D logic. They are so well Built and large enough to reuse if rinsed out for a couple uses before throwing away. I highly recommend them for the people who don’t want the sleeves to fall off and have coffee pants all day! Smile. There are cheaper ways, but not better ways.

The cups are very well made and the ripples on the cup are very creative. There is an unusual problem with getting the stacked cups apart. Because of the ripples on the outside of the cup is causes the cups to be locked together while they are stacked during shipment. I had to pull really hard to separate each cup from the stack then carefully stack them again.
