Great product! Some people/reviewers say its a bit pricey. Put in context why you are even looking at a product like this and ask yourself how much success is worth to you? This is not intended for the spur of the moment type situation. This must be intentional, with a bit of patient and careful use helps in its effectiveness. Apply it at least 10 - 15 minutes beforehand. Let it absorb and dry. Then thoroughly clean off excess product. This prevents passing it on to your partner as well as diminishing the smell. It has a bit of an order, not bad but your partner might not like it or at least it might be off putting in certain situations. Three pumps was fine for me, I found it was easier to apply in a non-flaccid state. It more than doubled my effective time and I definitely felt I had more control. So worth it. Glad I tried it. While I can't entirely speak for my partner but I feel she was appreciative.

Out of all the desensitizing sprays I've used so far, only this one worked and worked great! I've used KY, then no more pe, then natures select etc., every one of those are just either water spray scams or very light desensitizing even after 10 sprays. Price could be little less for the larger bottle, other than that, only this one/brand works and is recommended.

Make sure you eat something before taking this and just take half of it like the other reviews says. I’ll drink a beer behind it because of the taste but this stuff actually works great. Last for three days in your system. Hard like a rock!

Holy moly! My husband purchased this for times when it’s been a while since we’ve been intimate, to help make the moment last. Directions say 1-10 squirts, he used 5 and left it on for 15 min before washing it off. He couldn’t even tell if he had a dong after, it was so numb. So next time 1-3 sprays will suffice. Worked great! We had an amazing time! Couldn’t ask for a better result. Only down side is the whole set up and smell is like tiger balm until washed off.

Based on the headline I'm sure you think Promescent is the hero here. It's not. I am LOL. This is the last review on this you gotta read fellas. Been using this stuff since 2016 so yes, veteran. Wasn't necessarily dealing with PE, I was average (20-30 min) but was back to dating and had been without for a while and didn't want that drought to have me performing like a red shirt freshmen (fellas you know what I'm talking bout lol). So with that backdrop out the way I went on a search to find some assistance if you will to get me through that initial barrier. I fell in love with the stuff! For reference, I've purchased this from the maker directly on their site, from Amazon and from Target and every single one performed as the first. I've read a lot of comments claiming that the stuff from Amazon is somehow different, it's not. It's the same stuff. I've also read a bunch of reviews complaining about it being "empty". It's not empty, it's a precise amount which you're told exactly how much liquid (in ml) is there and how many sprays total are in it directly on the wrapper (10,20,40,60). I've used the trial size (bought that my first purchase out of fear it wouldn't work), and the mid sized one's that Target usually carries, as well as the largest size via Amazon and promescent's website. I've used all of them and again, they are the same. When it comes to how to use the stuff, even the maker has that part wrong, which is why I'm the hero lol. The directions tell you to spray it and wait, do your do and then clean it off. That's wrong, and stupid. Which is why so many of you are saying it's being transmitted to your girlfriend's or wives and is messing up their experience. Pro tip: Spray it, wait 10-15 minutes (at least!), wash it off, and THEN have at it like a star! It soaks into your skin so washing it off won't make it lose potency... It will however, eliminate the transfer issue as well as the smell which the reviews on that are spot on. It DEFINITELY smells like Bengay, so you'll want to wash your hands after applying as to not give away the smell. Unless your girl goes immediately to your junk she won't be able to smell it. Now, what you do within that 15 minutes and how you play it off with your significant other is totally in your hands, I am merely the messenger! My advice is if you smoke, go have a smoke. If you don't, have your girl/wife/whatever take a shower first (should be at least 15 minutes or you have another issue entirely!) and then shower up behind her. From there, I promise you, you will be rewarded... An hour is not out of the question using this stuff and if you've reached grown man status and have mastered your stroke and control you can certainly push an hour 30 easy! I wasn't paid for this (I should've been) nor was I offered any free product (hint, hint @promescent) so my review is totally unbiased though it is totally, definitely for sale. Anything anybody else says regarding this is wrong, and if this doesn't help you nothing will. You're all welcome in advance! P.S. I mean it works. It will make it so you lose feeling. So much that you may not feel like you have a member. I did about 8 pumps. Maybe need to try less? But it’s like going to the dentist and having a cavity filled. Same numbness. Once it wore off a little it was pretty decent. But not going to buy again.

First, I would have given this the highest rating I possibly could have, but for two - really one - reasons I'll discuss below. But first, here's some context. I do not suffer from P.E. I last five to 10 minutes, which, depending on the studies you believe, is either average or a little better than average. However, my wife takes quite awhile to orgasm - even longer than most. Also, if we're having intercourse when she's getting very close to orgasm, it can quickly push me over the edge - often before she's actually had an orgasm. So I bought the product to help give me the control to give her my best through at least the first intercourse induced orgasm and hopefully more. The great news is that, unlike another similar product I tried in the past, this actually worked. And it's done so without numbing her at all and without significantly numbing me. The reason I knocked it down a star (and thought about knocking it down even more) is that this seller thought it would be a good idea to indicate on the sender's address that it from a pharmaceutical company and even include the name "Promescent." WTH people??? Don't you think that the buyer of a penis desensitizing spray would like to have some discretion??? Why couldn't the sender's address on the label simply be "Amazon Fulfillment" or something innocuous like that?! Unfortunately, I had this sent to my office. At a minimum, the receptionist who signed for the package is wondering why I'm having pharmaceuticals sent to my office. Just be careful with the amount you apply,its like porridge you have to find a happy place,one spray will suffice for me,too much and the ol fella looses interest.

This medication is very effective and I recommended for all men to use it.
