SPANX Convertible Leggings 039B

I miss the tight-end footless tights!!! I LOVED Spanx tight-end footless tights. So much that I had a drawer full of them and wore them nearly every day. Ever since they were discontinued, I've been searching high and low to find a good replacement. Of the many I've tried, these are the closest thing to working for me. The tights would be perfect, except that the "convertible" concept totally fails.PROs:- Good weight fabric: more opaque and a bit heavier than the original pantyhose-weight Spanx- The right amount of control for me, like wearing a pair of tights- Nicely smoothes lines- More durable than most others I've tried (many others with light control seem to fray or get holes)CONs:- The length! I'm 5'11, so I thought I'd like how nice and long these are. Unfortunately, when they are worn at full length as pictured (so that they stretch over your foot), I find them too uncomfortable to wear once I put shoes on, as they cut into my foot. When I try to "convert" them to ankle length, they bunch up because they're so long. And then I have elephant legs, which kind of defeats the purpose of a smoothing tight.These would be perfect, if they were ankle-length, or ended just below the knee!

When I bought the first pair I wondered if they were worth the price (2 to 3 times the cost of other leggings) but now that I have them I'm convinced they ARE! They're very good quality and will last for many wearings. I love the footless ones because I can wear them with boots and socks in the winter or to the ankle or halfway down my foot (like in the picture). Lots of options. I now have a pair in black and one in brown and will definitely buy more.

I love love love spanx and this product is awesome. It fits like it should and it would have gotten a 5 star except that these are brown. I don’t wear brown. And the picture is of the charcoal color. Bittersweet apparently is the color and it means brown. If you want brown, then this gets a 5 star rating from me! Love this company, love this product, just hate brown. I was just surprised that it showed up and was brown.

I am new to the world of trying to reshape my flabby body. These tights are comfortable anddo help even out my bulges, but they do require quite an effort to get them on! Still, I wearthem from time to time and I do look better when they are on.

I love my Spanx! They fit perfectly, are true to size. I can wear them in my Ugs or with socks in my really cute short boots.I have several pairs of Spanx and I have never wrecked any yet and I've had them for years . I always hand wash them. They look fantastic on. I get lots of compliments.

If you have ever visited San Francisco you know what I mean... Our summers are very chilly and these little tights got me through many balmy days! I was able to wear my cute little summer dresses and ballerina flats. The open feet kept me cool and the opaqueness was just right. I have 4 pairs! Just wish they came in fun colors too.

I ordered these tights in the same size as I do all other Spanx products and they fit horribly. They did absolutely NOTHING in terms of shaping and sucking in unwanted jiggling parts. They were also ridiculously long and the material did NOT look durable and was not to the quality that I've come to expect from Spanx products. I actually prefer my $5 tights from a department store better. I returned these immediately. Needless to say, I'm not going to be buying any more Spanx products for some time to come.
