Very cute design for a filtered water pitcher, filters are very easy to use and the water flow is pretty fast. My favorite water filter pitcher so far.

Not sure why people are commenting about leaving it on the tap - you still have to do that with other filters but do it for way longer. If you trickle your water it's not an issue. I'd rther trickle the water than fill up a reservoir four times in the sink and go back and forth and then carry the reservour water to my fridge where it inevitably spills!! I've had this filter for almost 6 months and have enjoyed the small profile and taste tremendously. It really is much faster. If you want zero wait time, buy a pitcher with the filter in the pour and not on top. I don't notice any difference from the brita that I used to have that leaked all the time from the handle taste wise. Highly recommend!

This water pitcher is great: it’s compact, really cute, easy to handle, and it really filters water much faster than other water filtration systems. My only issue with it is that the water has a weird flavor. I don’t know if it’s due to the nature of the filter installed (which is the one that came with the water pitcher), but my tap water has no flavor, but the water after going through the filter doesn’t taste good. I did follow all the prep steps per the instructions, and still this was the result. I’ll keep using it, but if I have guests at home I don’t think I’ll offer them water. Really hope this was just a fluke.

Amazing and simple filter but better customer service! I had some issues with my carafe and they were very easy to communicate with and extremely helpful!! The replacement filters always ships out fast and they put a lot of dedication into their products.

We've been using Brita for a long time, and it's fine, but I wanted something that looked nicer and could sit on a table. However, there's two big problems with the design and functionality with this guy. The flavor is the biggest issue. After about 48 hours of the water sitting in the carafe, it takes on a very strong plastic flavor. The water is fine when first filtered, if not a cleaner mouthfeel than with the Brita. But the plastic flavor is like an 8/10. Can't ignore it. The speed of the filter, great. Very fast. But the design flaw there is that the basin that holds the water before it filters is only about 2 or 3 ounces. Basically you need to run the water at a slowish trickle until the carafe is full. It's not a full it up and leave it to filter while you move on to do something else gig. It's a stand there while the carafe fills up for 2 or 3 minutes and then turn the water off. Wouldn't recommend this product after the experience we've had.

This product was a great investment and it doesn’t take long before you have fresh tasting water. I would also recommend buying extra pods just to have. Each pod filters 40 gallons and it’s an easy flush of 15 seconds prior to your first batch. I purchased the 64 ounce pitcher and it only takes a minute to filter.

I have mixed experiences with this one. First, the pros: nice design, nice colors, good size, fills quickly if you shake it vigorously first to loosen up the carbon granulate. Next, the cons: does not fit into the fridge door (not an issue for me), lid/filter holder is very difficult to clean, and out of 3 ordered, only one worked. The other one leaked right out of the box at the bond between the colored bottom part and the clear upper part. The third pitcher fell apart upon first use, after I had filled it and was lifting it up. The bottom separated from the top, and all the water came splashing all over my kitchen floor. Well, at least I got my floors mopped thoroughly that day. So as I had ordered 12 filters with the pitchers, I decided to use the one pitcher that worked, and use another filter to hand-hold it over the tea kettle while filling it, and keeping the filter in a small bowl in the fridge. Oh well, works, but I won’t be buying these pitchers again. Too expensive for what will actually work.
