Royal Albert Rose Confetti Tea For One

I’ve been collecting tea sets for decades now, especially the English bone china porcelain teapots and tea cups/saucer sets. Already have several Royal Albert collections but I’ve never owned the Rose Confetti pattern. This is one of the last few sets available and at a great price so I got it immediately. They are the right size for one person, with meticulously painted little pink roses all over the teapot, cup and saucer. The craftsmanship is perfect that they looked much more expensive than the special price I’ve paid for. What a great addition to my collections in the cabinet of my formal dining room.

This tea for one set is absolutely beautiful! I could not be more pleased with the colors. I was not sure, since the manufacturer photos are really bright. But, I had read other people's reviews and many people said the coloring was very nice in person. I believe that these photos are a much more accurate representation of the colors in the Royal Albert Cheeky Pink line. I have some polka blue pieces from the New Country Roses set and I think they match very nicely. I included a photo for reference. Hopefully these will help anybody who is on the fence, due to uncertainly about the actual colors. The quality is really nice. It's the perfect size.

My husband bought this for me for mothers day. The picture does not do it justice. It is a beautiful piece and the quality is evident when you take it out of the box. I also love that the teacup is larger than most of my traditional teacups so no need to refill.

I've been wanting this set for a long time but the price stopped me. So happy I finally gave in and bought it! It's just the perfect, dainty, prettiest set and my favorite for daily tea time. It was also packaged very well.

What a beautiful gift for myself! The set came in good packaging although I could not get the set back in the box, oh well. Now I have Avery beautiful set to great me and nicely make my morning cup of tea.

The details are really cute

Pros: this tea-for-one set is fantastic! The workmanship and attention to detail is top-notch, and pot and the cup are shapely and fit comfortably in the hand. They also look gorgeous when stacked and displayed--a perfect combination of aesthetics and function. The teapot holds slightly more than one cupful (~14 oz) when filled to the very brim. I recommend brewing by putting two teaspoons of tea directly into the pot, adding about 12oz of water at the appropriate temperature, and pouring through a tea strainer. You get one delicious (and large!) cup of tea brewed such that the leaves can fully unfurl in the water. The saucer is also big enough to hold a couple of biscuits, too! Cons: the teapot does not include a strainer or an infuser. I recommend purchasing one if you buy this tea set. Also, due to the cup's size, the bone china is rather thick and lacks the light, dainty feel of a typical teacup, though I don't find it overly heavy or unwieldy. Finally, the set must be washed by hand as it is delicate and finished with real gold. All things considered, I highly recommend this tea-for-one set. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Tea time with friends, really beautiful piece

このカントリーローズとポルカローズの2セットをリビングルームのテーブルに載せています。色・柄・形も気に入っています。一人用ですので、自分の分も、又来客者の分も共に準備が簡単。カップにもたっぷりの量が入り、ミルクも好みによって十分に入ります。と言っても、カップの大きさが大きすぎるものではありません。オーストラリアのMyerでインドネシア製の物をほぼ倍の価格で売っていました。Amazon日本では今の所中国製の販売ですが、インドネシア製の半額。製造地が共にアジアであるのはグローバル化という時代の流れで止む無いでしょう。購入して楽しみが一つ増えました。

I just love this tee set. I can make 2 cups of tee out of the mini kettle and the color just brightens up my day.

Je recherchais une théière égoïste en porcelaine pour la fête des mères. Ma mère est ravie. La théière et la tasse peuvent contenir 49 cl de thé. C'est l'idéal pour un bon petit déjeuner. Je recommande cette théière.
