I would suggest a 0, these pants seem to run a little big.

Is there a version of these that are lined?

Mine were lined; they are cream colored. I have been led to believe that the dark colored pants may not be lined.

is there any stretch to these?

The black has very little stretch. The gray stretches very badly. The navy wears well.
