I've been taking it for about 2 months and have noticed very significant positive changes.After about 2 weeks of taking it, I started noticing that I had much more energy during the day and my overall mood improved. I definitely feel like this supplement has helped me perform better daily.Capsule Size: The only issue is that the capsule size is a bit large. Sometimes I find it a bit difficult to swallow. This is the only factor that takes away a star, as the effectiveness is excellent.Conclusion: This is a high-quality supplement. If you're looking for a B vitamin complex that will really help with your energy and mood, I recommend it. Just keep in mind that you'll have to deal with the size of the pill.

Great B Complex with Biotin
Recommended to me by my naturopath and seems to be a great quality B complex. Just be aware that it does have biotin, which for some people can worsen acne, so be aware of this!
